The hotel was a total construction site, outside and inside. There were power tool in hallways, dust and noise from construction work everywhere, the lift was inaccessible due to it being used for construction all the time, half the stairway ballustrades were missing leaving large unsafe gaps with nothing but a loose piece of rope to stop you falling 3 stories to your death... Nowhere during booking, or prior to arrival did it even suggest their might be construction work going on Check-in was a nightmare (no one there and no instructions), we got locked out twice, because the night manager was nowhere to be seen, and the woman on checkout was by far the rudest I have ever experienced! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I will be seeing a refund for this TERRIBLE experience!

On a very hot day, a room without a single fan is less than ideal for one's stay. The staff was able to provide a small portable fan upon request, but on the first night, it was terrible with no fan in a small room. The neighborhood is extremely noisy with people chatting under your window all night. I couldn't keep the windows open because of the mosquitoes either. The elevator wasn't working on the first day either.

Undergoing some renovations, but no AC.

It was a small room with no air conditioning and not much upkeep, I think some mold in the bathroom ceiling as well. However, staff was very nice and while there was construction on the street the neighborhood was nice and easy to access Metro. If looking for something cheap for young travellers, backpackers, etc. it worked well for us, but if you have the budget or are picky about the state of the room I’d say spring for something a little nicer

Room was clean, and the location is actually quite useful if you don’t mind being a little bit of walking distance from the main attractions. Room itself is nothing to get excited about, but you’re not in Paris to sit in your room are you?

I went to stay here with my family for four days in Paris this week. Keep in mind the weather was completely terrible and HOT. It was a very terrible experience. We went into the hotel, first very small, you cant even open the entrance door until someone comes and you never know when they will. The elevator is TINY. Didn’t work for a day. The room was clean, but small, ABSOLUTELY NO AIR CONDITIONING (AC). We were not told this whatsoever. We had the worse time ever there. No fan or anything but then we were given one. My daughter had a panic attack. My entire family had heatstroke including me. They didn’t do anything about it and made it seem as if they didn’t have any care. It was a very hard night and we had to choose a different hotel because there was no way in hell that we would stay there for another night. Too pricey and $400 went straight down the drain. I would not recommend to anyone. If you go in the winter or colder time, maybe… but summer don’t even think about it.

The hotel itself was OK. There was construction going on in the attached building, so you can expect the noise. The beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient. Overall it was a good experience .

Clean and quiet despite the location and the construction/ renovations. My only complaints would be a too-small shower and an ice-cold toilet seat. I wasn't looking for luxury here. It was just fine.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

This place is a piece of junk. Also, they advertise free breakfast just to be told that there is no dining room.

The room smelled like sewer. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The walls were dirty and the paint was chipping on some places.

Safe location but room was very grotty

The staff are super nice! The hotel is great for a short stay. The location is super close to the metro and to a busy area, but I didn’t hear any loud noises come through the room.

The hotel was under construction / Renos and it was not a pleasant place to stay. Bathroom was good, bed was ok. Hallways had plastic sheeting on floors, doors squeaked all night . No coffee in hotel at all. Asked for kettle so we could make our own…as we are early risers…no attempt to help out. Told we had to hand in room key when we went in and out . Shuttle was asked to come to take us to airport but was twice the cost of Uber…we cancelled it. Room was way over priced and unacceptable. It would have been better if room was better or offered to move us to another room .would not recommend this hotel !

Room was good for Parisian standards.

I’ve stayed in some poor places like bamboo huts in the jungle and you get to know an expected standard, for 21st century Paris this is a dive. Not so much as dated barely functioning. Room and bathroom to small for adult. Maybe they put me up there as I’m petit. If there was a fire you would die.
