Great location and good service

The staff are very kind and detailed, the best part is that you get dropped off right in front of the hotel from the airport if you take the bus, so you don't have to drag your suitcases in the snow.

The hotel location is very strategic... The rooms are okay, the service is great.

Nice hotel. Good location n yummy breakfast, though repeated daily as I stayed for 5 nites, is really still fine. Doing laundry is time consuming as very crowded. The big table for daily night communion n free flow of beverages are a plus 👍🏻

Ideal location. Bed & pillow are very comfortable. Hotel environment and the room is superb hygiene. Friendly & helpful staffs. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent—just a few steps from Odori Park and Sapporo TV tower. One of the best parts was that the airport bus stop was located right in front of the hotel, making transportation very convenient. The room was spacious, with great facilities and services. The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. I also appreciated the free coffee and tea available in the lobby. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic choice for exploring Sapporo!

The place was super easy to find, only minus was the room space was quite small, it's kind of hard to open luggage.

The room is narrow, the bed is very small. Exaggerated advertising, front is not interested, speaks badly, not worth the price It shouldn't be chosen in the first place, it makes the countdown look bad.

The hotel is very strategic. Near St. Odori and Odori park so everywhere is easy. Just a few meters to the Clock tower, and to the shopping center. To the Sapporo mosque and the Javanese shop. About 2 kms. And there are coin laundry facilities on the 14th floor so you don't get confused looking for a washing place.

Love this hotel! Very near odori station and odori park, just across the street. The hotel is modern, luxury, super clean, and the facilities are great! Definitely one of my best places to stay during my holiday.

The hotel is recommended, near where. There is a bus also in front of the hotel can go to the airport using a simple tasty bus.

This hotel is close to many tourist attractions in Sapporo (eg. Sapporo Clock Tower, Sapporo TV Tower, Former Hokkaido Government Office, Tanukikoji Shopping Street), so we can just walk there without having to take the bus or train. In front of the hotel is the Odori Park--great view everytime we got out of the hotel. The hotel is also near the Odori train station, whereas the exit is only a few meters away. The room itself was very clean and provided with enough amenities. However the main problem of my stay is the size of the room, it was very small--to the point where I had to walk sideways if my briefcase was opened. I even had to walk sideways to get to the other side of the bed. The dim lighting inside the room is also a concern for me. But overall, the stay was great and I would probably consider staying here again.

The hotel is right in front of Odori park. It just 1 min away from the nearest exit of the Odori station. The hotel provides us with charging equipment. The room was nice and well decorated. It has spa area, it was free and the spa facility was really nice, since it was winter when we stayed, it really nice to just warm our body in the onsen, after a long freezing day. And last but not least, the airport shuttle bus is located just in front of the hotel! You can ask the timetable of the bus at the front desk. Add info: thIt is a nice hotel especially for kids, warm greetings, nice food also nice activities provided by hotel for family such as baking competition. Recommended to go back here again.e bus fare was ¥1.030 per person, it takes around 75-90 mins to the New Chitose airport.

Satisfying but for room size should be little bigger for the best rate.
