Nice location, friendly receptionists, the breakfast service is outstanding. I stayed 5 days and I had no issues. It was a pleasant stay.

Nice place. Stayed here in May also. Bus 200 stops a few hundred feet from the front door. Tiergarden is nearby for walking/jogging.

Wonderful and clean hotel in a lovely quiet neighborhood near embassies. The pictures don't do justice, the rooms/hotel look better in person! My girlfriend and I booked a premium room with a balcony, the view was amazing! When we arrived they had sone sweet treats waiting for us, what a surprise.

The room was very good – clean, spacious, and just the right size for the price and location. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet as well – great variety and quality. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

One day, the air conditioner in our room ceased to function. The hotel staff was unable to repair it, and unfortunately, they did not provide us with an alternative room. Consequently, we spent an entire night without air conditioning, which was an unpleasant experience. Additionally, our reservation included a room with a bathtub in the toilet; however, we were assigned a room without it.

Very cold check-in, no welcome, no smile.

Nice hotel near zoo close to Kurdam and central to everything. Nice breakfast and our room was fine, located on the 3rd floor. Friendly staff from all over the world. Only thing was the cleanliness in the bathroom. It should have a real wash down. But well recommended from us.

Arriving at a room with a completely empty minibar is less than optimal.

Positives: Good breakfast, attentive service, clean room service No go: cupboard was too small for two travellers, no lunch or evening restaurant, could hear people from the neighboring rooms

Surprised at how I liked this hotel. The room was very functional, there is a small gym, and a pool. The only problem I had (had nothing to do with the hotel) was a holiday ceremony and two visiting diplomats disrupted the bus (200) service on 3 of the days.

The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring Berlin & the front desk staff were friendly & helpful. The only downside for me was the lack of blackout blinds which meant that the light escaping from the sides of the blackout curtains woke me up early every morning as it was so bright.

The panoramic rooms are lovely

A very nice property with easy access to local transport links(buses,trains). Right next to teirgarten park.... Brandenburg gate is 30 minutes walk through the park.
