The whole hotel was beautiful! The hot tubs and pools were our favourite

Room was good, comfy bed, shower was a bit weak. Nice clean hotel but lots of noise from young guests in the corridors. Restaurant and bar is a bit dated and one of the bar staff was not very hospitable whereas the guy actually mixing the drinks was friendly and great. Should have got his name…….

Clean room, great amenities, Elements was also a great place to eat/have drinks.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and no weird smells. The room had some nicks, and chips....but this should be expected in a ski resort. The furniture in the room was modern and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great.

The front desk was super helpful, I wish I knew the name of the one girl who helped us. We asked if we could get any different types of tea for the room and she happily went and found us several options and was super friendly about it. Great job! This was on Saturday Jan.10 evening

Amazing, the outdoor and indoor pools were awesome. Suites were spacious and perfect god our stay. Great service!

The EV charger was not working our entire 3 day stay. I let the staff know and they seemed surprised and said they’d let me know when it was fixed, and it never was. Our in room heat and the clothes dryer also were not working and required service. These were fixed quickly. Th building is showing signs of wear and common areas are not very clean (stains on walls). The loft room was big and spacious - nice for all the ski equipment. Pool was nicely heated and large.

Nice check in. Beautiful hotel. But! Our tub was plugged and tap didn’t work. Asked to have fixed while out second day . But was not fixed
