The staff were great but the property was gross. The pool was green with slime on walls and had live swimming bugs. We were catching them to pass time as swimming was not an option for us. I’m thinking it wasn’t properly treated as birds were drinking the water, regularly. We may have had bed bugs because my kids woke up with bites everywhere. I filled the bath and dirt came out of the tap, actual dirt. Ac worked when it felt like it. I only booked it for the pool and as a stop over place but it’s no four seasons. More like Bates motel. Hallways smelled like old cigars. But the breakfast was good, the older man at the pool bar was super friendly and helpful and they had a decent menu. the ride to the airport was 10 euros so I was happy bout that. I would never go again. Pay the extra, get a decent place,

Hotel was good, tidy and with nice personel

While for one night the stay was ok, it would not be the right location to spend their entire vacation there. Everything is outdated, kids play area kind of rubbish, but the staff was nice and welcoming. The breakfast was basic but delicious except for the drinks which could improve, coffee included. I think what is missing is to put some love into details to make it more accomodating.

There’s extra charges for everything, we were given the wrong room and downgraded versus what we paid. It was dirty and rundown airport transfer was an extra cost and was not running during times needed.

I got bed bugs here. When I made a complaint to management they denied and lied out about my situation. don't stay here. its a scam. this is a not a four seasons hotel. I have refrained from posting this until now but they have refused to make any effort to acknowledge my experience staying here.

Nice for a short stay

It was a nice stay but disappointed that the pool closed early.

Hotel is ok with an older style. Airport shuttle has limited hours so had to take our own taxi there and back.

Looks like it was once a very nice facility but hasn’t been maintained over the years. Great value for money though 😂.

Functional hotel near the airport but very basic amenities. Hot water is available and room is warm but looks very dated inside

We had a great stay

The room condition was horrible,the air condition make sounds of a tractor and the room was dirty

The hotel is out of the way but a short taxi ride from the airport. They also offer van pick up and delivery during certain hours. The staff was very friendly without exception and was willing to help with any problems. The price was amazingly low for what they offer. The breakfast was good with good variety. I wasn't there for any other meal. My only complaint is that there are several steps up to the entrance, difficult for me with some orthopedic problems. I do think, however, that if I had asked at the desk, someone would have been happy to help me with my luggage when I arrived. They helped when I checked out. A great plus for me was that this was the only hotel in Europe during my 5 weeks of travel that had a top sheet on the bed!

Simple hotel, breakfast was decent. The rooms need refurbishment. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.

The condition of the hotel was poor. They seem to operate on a skeleton staff. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Four Seasons was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Christoph was excellently he made my day every time we spoke. Thank you Christoph for providing me with excellent customer service. Most of the staff are pleasant. Nuff respect Four Seasons!

Hotel was close to airport which was convenient since I had a morning flight the next day. I got in late (after midnight) and Costas was there to take care of me. Very helpful and much appreciated. The property was very basic but exactly what I was expecting.

Had to stay an extra night when my reservation was rebooked to next day so I found this hotel for the cheapest rate and closest to the SKG airport. It's located in a remote location where there's no restaurant or shop nearby. I had to walk 2 miles to find a decent restaurant to eat. It's only a good place to stay if you just need to find a place with a reasonable rate near the airport but don't expect any good accommodations or anything great at this hotel. It's probably a 2-star rating at best for my personal opinion.
