Very comfortable and well-appointed with everything you need. The space is beautiful and located a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was lovely and the proprietor was as well. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had such a warm welcome from Bonnie and her family. My room was lovely, everything i needed. The bed was lovely and comfortable too. Lots of breakfast choice and the cooked breakfast was delicous. The service was great, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the guest house is a few mins walk from the centre so perfectly situated. Aa a solo traveller i would definatly recommend Holly House to stay and I would go back and stay for sure. Totally recommend to friends and family

Brilliant stay from start to finish. The staff were lovely and did everything they could. The rooms were spacious clean and modern and the breakfast was delicious with a choice of about 5 different options. Absolutely would stay here again!

I had a lovely short stay in this very neat and tidy central Holly Lodge boutique guest house. The team were all friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and well decorated with a supper kingsize comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely. And I was made to feel very welcome.

Staff was over the top GREAT. Nice room and good breakfast (its free). Parking was difficult, but at least its onsite. Good overall experience.

We had a lovely stay, the whole place is extremely clean, the breakfasts were good & the staff were lovely. Its in a good place to walk to the shops etc , its anoit a 20 min walk down to bowness where there are lots more shops bars & places to eat. Would stay again

Made to feel incredibly welcome. Property is in a fantastic location to walk to the many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops in Windermere. Room was big, shower was good and nice little seating area in the bedroom. There is a lovely lounge for guests to use, which we made use of after a nice evening out.

Great little find, good breakfast, conveniently located for lake walks and town browsing alike. Great service, and everything spotless to a mirror shine.

The stay was booked as a 40th birthday present. From pre arrival to departure we felt very welcomed. The pre arrival information was vary useful. As this was for a birthday break there is an optional extra to have the room decorated and a cake supplied. A very nice surprise for any unsuspecting guest. The owners and staff are very friendly. I have to mention the decor, it's amazingly quirky and very well done, no matter which room you're in you're eye gets drawn to something interesting. Overall, a very classy place, great atmosphere and worth staying in
