This hotel is not a true 4 star hotel. It's more like a 3 star hotel. Don't stay here expecting great service. The vibe of the staff and hotel policy is very CHEAP. The furniture and room layout is cheap, hardly any chairs or tables to leave your stuff. No conditioner, no room slippers. WiFi sucks, hardly worked. Beach towels, you need a cash deposit, not a big deal but not as assessable as other hotels we stayed at. Never had a 4 star hotel, called us right at 12:00 to remind us to check out. Usually all hotels are lenient but this four star hotel specially acts super cheap.

Food was excellent, but the stars were the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and super helpful.

Excellent property for families! Great pool area, spa that kids can access, fantastic breakfast. The staff was super helpful. There is car rental facility on site. Tons of dinign options & entertainment foir kids in the area. Overall, fantastic!

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were a little small but we’ve had worse. Staff was good and the parking was free and plenty available. Not too far from the beach either. We went when it wasn’t super busy so no issues with chairs by the pool, but I can imagine that being and issue when fully booked. Overall, no complaints.

Amazing. Everything was immaculate and comfortable! We got a great room with a huge balcony facing the pool. Very good air conditioning and friendly staff. Buffet included with stay was awesome and perfect, so much quality food to choose from. Only advice is the perfume/room spray in the lobby but more importantly, the guest rooms shouldn’t be so strong it was very strong and some people in their rooms are sensitive to smell.

Front desk staff was very professional and gave a warm welcome and great first impression. The housekeeping staff was Thorough and accommodating to our needs. we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day, And both were consistently excellent. Quality and variety of the options for the family. You could tell the restaurant that worked hard provide quality meals and presentations.

Great location, less than 5min walk to beach, if that. Plenty of supermarkets, bars, restaurants around. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool. There's a sauna, hot tub, massages available too. Breakfast was good, freshly made omelettes, eggs, pancakes everyday. Cereal, fruit, yogurts, juice, coffee, tea, cold meats, cheese, breads. Literally something for everyone. Dinner the same self service buffet. Meat, fish, pizza, chips, pasta as standard plus different theme every night. So Asian, tapas, seafood, Mediterranean, etc. And there's desserts too. Just have to pay for drinks when you're half board, but that's fine. I'd absolutely stay here again. You can rent a beach towel for €10 at reception and you get the €10 returned when you return the towel.

Hotellet är trevligt, bra frukost, bra poolområde och nära till stranden. :) Vi hade tyvärr silverfiskar på vårt rum (finns på de flesta hotell), men i övrigt inget speciellt att klaga på.

Great hotel, staff super friendly and pool was great. Only thing was the rooms were a bit smaller than we were used to but very clean and modern

I literally cannot fault this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the food to the room, to the pool to the staff. Was made to feel very welcome and the staff were always there with a smile. I will definitely be returning!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was also always clean. The food had a great variety and check in was easy and friendly. Nothing to moan about at all!

Enjoyed a stay at the hotel. Rooms and facilities were all clean and staff were all very welcoming. Rooms were a good size too.

We had a great time. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Well equipped hotel, and the staff made sure to help us almost in any way needed to make the best of our 1 week stay there. WiFi and Internet was a bit unstable. But hey. Get into the sun instead.

Great hotel with excellent staff, who can’t do enough for you! Enjoyed our stay here for a week and would return again. Although Aircon is very weak and takes quite a few hours to make the room to an average temperature, think it’s a big system shared between all rooms. Breakfast and Dinner was average nothing special but pleasant! If you are looking for a quick booking at a good price then this is the hotel for you. Location is ok, currently not much open around the hotel and the port is about a 30 minute walk along the beach or road. Mozzarella sticks at the poolside bar are a must!!

Very good location. Air conditioning was very poor. The room was clean and functional. It is a good place for 1 or 2 nights in Alcuida.

lovely hotel very close to the superb beach, friendly and helpful staff. if i had to be picky it would be the foam mattress beds, but i'm sure most people wouldn't have a problem. Pool was never too busy and my son had lots of fun on the lilo's.
