The staff was really nice! The rooms were nice and clean.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left our experience was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. It was so clean through out the entire place. Breakfast staff were friendly, on top of keeping fresh food available, and kept everything clean. They offered a social hour that was included in your stay.

Very nice property and staff. The hotel was nice and clean, and had a wonderful scent. I particularly liked the added touch of the complimentary wine down Wednesday soup and salad in the evening hours. That reminded me of what some hotels do in other countries during tea time. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

Good place with a nice room. Hoped to use the hot tub but very crowded with lots and lots of kids in the hot tub.

This place was a 5star service from the front desk until to bathroom lol. Just everything was a breathtaking nice showers with hot water. The beds was comfortable. The kitchen area was nice and clean.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good, no waffles so that was disappointing but otherwise good. The only complaint we have was the family that was directly above us. It sounded like they adopted a herd of elephants and brought them to the hotel. Not the hotels fault but still annoying at 6am. Id get a room on the too floor if possible due to very little carpet in the rooms. All in all a good place to stay especially if you're playing a sport related tournament in the area. Good little kitchenette for extended stays.

Along with everything I stated, Charra was very professional, kind. Need more employees like her.

I have stayed here before. This was there worst to the point I may choose another place. The bed was not comfortable, the noise carried on for hours in the room above is even after multiple attempts to stop it. We called at about 0100 for the last time about noise above us. The shower had ZERO water pressure so we ended up having to get a cup and fill it up in the shower to rinse our hair and body off. Seriously disappointed in the facility.

The room was like staying in a small apartment. Was nice to be able to cook and have a fridge to keep food in, not a mini fridge. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Will stay here again for sure
