The room is very good and clean. I got a single bed that is clean and smoke-free.

The swimming pool view is beautiful. It is convenient to travel. It is near the BTS Skytrain. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

All is amazing, clean, the staff is friendly. The room is great. Wish I had more time to spend at I Residence Silom Bangkok.

The water flows slowly. The internet is quite slow. The shampoo dispenser is broken and cannot be pressed.

The bed is not very nice, it looks like a broken bed I got at that time. Cleaning service did not really clean the room. And the hotel made me very confused looking for the hotel room. Only minus these things, for all this, the hotel has a very good location and the staff is also very friendly.

The room is small but very reasonably decorated, with enough tables, chairs, and a small sofa, so overall I'm quite satisfied with the room's interior. The entrance door is super heavy and hard to pull, the bathroom in room 402 has a very unpleasant smell, if I don't press the room cleaning light, I'll stay for 3 days and no one will come to clean it 🥹.

Super near to train station and there is a McDonald nearby.

The FO and concierge staff are very friendly, as are those in the restaurant. Spacious rooms can be upgraded for free.

Pros: near BTS. The security guard was cheerful, enthusiastic, and supportive. Cons: the day I checked in, the kettle still had water in it, the cleaning staff did a very sloppy job, cleaning the room but everything was still dirty, even the toilet sheet was dirty and not neat. The room I slept in always had the sound of running water on the wall. Oh, and the deposit is calculated per person - 1000 baht per person (there were 2 of us so we charged 2000 baht). I stayed for 5 days but the first day they didn't give me toilet paper, the second day they still didn't have it - on the 4th day they saw toilet paper and didn't give it anymore. The room pictures are not the same as Traveloka posted. Cotton swabs are only provided once.

I was requested a birthday decoration like towel swan on my bed or in my room but they didn't make it and surprised me with an upgrade big room. Thank you for your hospitality 😘.
