The hotel provided simply the best wanton soup and crab dimplings we have ever had! All this in a 500 yr-old building with charming staff. Not too shabby.

The staying experience is amazing ! My parents and my little boy love playing in the yard and the lake view is amazing ! Also the food is wonderful too. We spent all day long to explore the hotel . love it

Warm hospitality and a relaxing resort

First time with Expedia, first time with Hyatt, first time in Ningbo, everything was perfect, well worth the money. They have a great Chinese restaurant, with really nice seafood and a very large selection. The waiters and waitresses were extremely helpful and recommended great dishes. We did not try the western restaurant. Everything about the hotel was perfect for us.

Was an awesome weekend getaway. Staff werr friendly and accomodating. The hotel was as good as any 5 star rated place. Food was first class. Most importantly, it was great value for money! Would definitely return.

This is my 2nd time stay at this hotel, this time is really great station. The room is good as usual. To my surprise, there is a small garden of my this this time which is really great, more space to extend to enjoy the garden, quite and private. For sure will stay here again in future.

Stayed for 2 days as a family vacation. The design of hotels are quite good, matches with lake scenery. The indoor pool was breathtaking with 2 giant swings and huge drums, an idea of East-meets-West is really working. Although hotel stuffs are trying to work for their best, some stuffs were very annoying. Not only they aren't fluent enough in English to communicate, we were rushed to finish our dinner at main dining room around 9pm, although they close at 10pm. Even a staff who seemed originally from European country, he sneaked into same dining room with guest, and picking desert from buffet counter, which guest are still eating. As long as the room are fully booked, main branch of Hyatt would be satisfied, I guess....

We were arranged with a balcony room with the best lake view on 3rd floor. have dinner in their Seafood house and Afternoon Tea at Tea house. All are great!

Hotel fasilitas cukup bagus, cuma maintainace kurang sekali, ginap 2 malam harus pindah 2X kamar,kamar pertama kamar mandi shower cuma air panas yg deras air dingin kecil, bahaya kena air panas langsung. Safety box rusak, teknisi datang repair dua kali tapi gagal. Pindah kamar kedua, aircon tidak panas, di repair 2 X juga gagal dan bau asap, terpaksa pindah kamar lagi.😱

Lovely stay during buisness trip. Friendly staff love the golf car to the bar. Will defenitly book again next time in Ningbo

The room is not well maintained. The bathtub is dirty and the tap is cracked. There is no water in one morning

We had two rooms, one was upgraded which was very nice of them. However, the thermostat of one room did not work, which was freezing. The resort setting was beautiful and tranquil. The Chinese restaurant was excellent where we had two dinners. The breakfast buffet spread was impressive and good quality. The indoor swimming pool was beautiful. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

作为一晚3千多的柏悦酒店，不能说满意，甚至是失望的。一抵达酒店就看到大门处烟蒂、塑料瓶。办理入住时排队时间实在太久了，仅因柜台只有2名服务人员办理入住手续，而且花上大把时间在推销后续的餐饮预订及其他付费项目。晚上，满怀期待的前往酒店中餐厅“东钱渔港”用晚餐，结束后等接驳车又花了半小时，期间不停的询问，只收到服务员说“已经叫车了”，结果就是在院子里被蚊子咬的满腿 ：（，还为此错过了酒吧的昆曲。总体体验非常不满意！！

酒店的服務人員素質落差很大, 有的服務員態度很好非常專業, 有的服務員非常的沒耐心一點不像是五星酒店的服務人員, 大大的降低了入住的體驗

船の遊覧がなかなかよかったです。 人も少なく落ちついていました。

8月の平日に2泊しました。混んでなかったせいか部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。部屋は広く清潔で快適でした。数日前の台風の影響で屋外のプールがメンテナンス中で使えず大変残念でしたが、室内プールも楽しめました。気軽にリゾート気分を味わえて満足しています。
