The room had a very nice view and was clean. Internet was not good in the room and I had to use my cellular data the all time. The shower trims and silicone joint were old and breaking down while you take a shower, nothing terrible but not a 5 star hotel standard. The staff was very nice and helpful. Side note: we arrived early after an overnight flight and they told us our room was available… but we had to pay 200$ if we want to get it a but earlier. I understand there are corporate policies, but it is not good business practice in my opinion. Marriott would have gave us the room a few hours early just to be welcoming. No one was using the room! Maybe I will stay with Marriott next time. When you book 5 star hotel you expect the little attentions we did not get at this hotel.

Pro: staff and facilities were top notch. went out of their way to make every little detail work out! con: sliding bathroom door was loud and outside the closet so a shower steamed my clothes I highly recommend this place

Very clean and the staff was extremely professional. The coffee shop was excellent. I’d stay here again for sure. No complaints!

Excellent locations and amenities

Moldy shower room. Brought it up to the front desk manager but seemed he didn't care.

For Single room with no breakfast I paid more than dbl occupancy including breakfast and Lunge

Was fine. The terra e room the terrace is really small and glassed in. The pictures are a little deceiving of how big the terrace is

It felt very high end and was close to everything

Service was amazing! I put the "Do Not Disturb" sign because there was not much to clean/change and i reveived a call later asking if I needed anything like more coffee or fresh towels. Such a small courtesy call, but makes the guests feel safe and thought of. Amazing!

Daily rate $360 they don’t even have water in the room!!!!

We had some hot water problems at the start AND issues with keeping our Room Key active due to some problems you were having with your computer system - that we we had a great stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Your staff was always quite gracious - our Guides Alvaro and Andrea were excellent!!
