Central location. It's located in a residential building so it's difficult to know how much of it is really hotel. The room was ok, fairly spacious but the space was poorly used - they could do better than a small table and two plastic chairs - that's something for a 1 star hotel. Plenty of noise from outside. Overall no luxury but ok place to stay in the centre of Alicante.

Very convenient location, we had 2 rooms, clean, staff was very helpful. We had a perfect stay.

It was a lovely big room and comfy beds with a balcony. I wish it had a fridge and coffee facilities as there's plenty of room and that would be a great asset for customers. As for breakfast if we'd paid the £10 it would not be worth it BUT wether it was a blip or special deal we got it for £3.00 a couple and then made it well worth it. I would stay here again.

This hotel serves it purpose as a cheaper option. It is located really close to the main train station, only a ten minute walk away. Also the check in is 24 hour, great for late night arrivals. Although I was happy my stay was only one night. The back of the bathroom door had multiple hairs stuck to it. I pulled hair from the pillows and bath towels. The room otherwise appeared decently clean but definitely needed help. The bed was comfortable.

For what we paid, this hotel met our needs and was in a good location. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean, but very basic and there was an intermittent smell like the plumbing was backed up. Even the hallway smelled poorly. The safe was on the floor (hard to access) and wasn’t attached to anything (could walk out with it) and we couldn’t program it to work. Breakfast was okay, but more variety would have been nice and the tables were not cleared so there were few clean tables to sit at.

The room was pleasant and clean, the view from the balcony was looking onto another building but a road in between. Nice size of balcony. The bathroom was nicely decorated and the shower was strong and warm.

We had a newly decorated room which was lovely with a balcony. We missed having a fridge to keep drink cool. Location was excellent as we visit the Market and Bullring museum juct 10 walk away. Staff were all very friendly and a lovely 2 night in Alicante.

Hard to take the elevators. Long wait.

Overall, the stay was average. The cleanliness of the property was okay but could be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I would rate their service as good. The condition of the property and the facilities were also average. One major issue was the noise: the doors are extremely loud when opening and closing, which was disturbing, especially at night. In the early morning, the cleaning staff was very loud, which made it hard to sleep in. On a positive note, the location is very good and convenient, which was a big plus.

The apartment hotel did not offer the sorts of amenities I would expect. Even after I advised the hotel that the hairdryer and fridge did not work this was not resolved. There was a smell coming from the bathroom not sure if it was mould or pipes. Only the main room had air conditioning so fortunately I was not sharing the amenities. This ment that the second sleeping area lounge, kitchen and bathroom was unusually hot considering I was travelling in July. Only two lots of lifts appeared to be operational, this meant that when. Waiting for a lift or in the lift it was extremely warm. It was in a central location for all of the sites.

The only did not like is that Tv doent have any Englisn Channels ..very poor choice ..

Great place to stay. Very new, in a perfect location (3-4 mins from Airport bus stop) and near lots of restaurants. Would use again when visiting Alicante
