Terrible hotel experience: 1/ The female receptionist had an unpleasant attitude. When asked if the hotel offered car rentals, she said yes, for 200,000 VND, but before the guest could even respond, she immediately told them to look it up online themselves, saying it was 50,000 VND cheaper, and then ignored them. Seriously, what was the point of saying yes in the first place? 2/ The room was smaller than the photos. It was even more cramped than a 5-star hotel in Singapore. 3/ The chair in the room was extremely dirty (as shown in the picture below). 4/ The arrangement of items was unhygienic. The face towels were folded nicely but placed directly on the sink shelf instead of on a tray. The toilet paper roll was stuck to the wall. Every time I pulled it, it rubbed against the wall. 5/ The deposit receipt was a reused piece of paper. The back of the paper was full of irrelevant text. Okay, I understand it's not harmful, but please don't do that. It looked incredibly messy for a 5-star hotel.

My family stayed here for one night. It's a 5-star hotel with very quick service and a beautiful river view, although it was a little difficult to find the way in at first. Overall, it was great.

The soundproofing of the room is not very good. You can still hear people talking outside.

At most average, room design is pretty dated.

The room is spacious and clean except the TV in our room was not functioning. We enjoy the breakfast as there have many variety and was delicious too. The staff are kind and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again for our next visit.

The room is very spacious, great for family of 4, very comfortable bed, great view facing the river and the bridge and you can see the sunrise and sunset. What an amazing experience. Great breakfast at the lounge, food tastes great.
