The included breakfast was ample and varied. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

When I booked this hotel I had no idea what to expect as I was ment to be going to Luxembourg but that hotel canceled on me so at the last minute I booked here as it looked so lovely. And I was not disappointed, I had no idea on the area or what to see or do. But once I got here the idea is to do nothing. Yes you can bike around or go on wine tasting but you can also sit and do nothing. That is what this place and hotel gives you. Peace and serenity. The staff are absolutely amazing and I need an extra night and they did their best to fit me in. I was so grateful. I did not taste the wine as I don’t drink but I saw many other visitors enjoying it. The breakfast was exceptional and just what you need to start up your day. The room and large and clean and have all you need to sleep and relax I was kindly offered a balcony room and that was just perfect for me. I could watch the world go by. I slept soundly and really enjoyed my time here. Will certainly come back. The manager (owner?) is second to none! Truly lovely lady.

This property was like stepping back in time…a very quaint well kept hotel. We were traveling by bikes and they had bike storage on property which was great - they also offered early check in! The breakfast was phenomenal and all restaurants in the area were great! We would definitely stay again!

Spacious, comfortable accommodation, it was an apartment with kitchen, balcony and two rooms. Very quiet, there is no A/c but we just opened the windows and was cool. The breakfast was nice, the staff is so kind and attentive, and was easy to communicate with them ( we don’t speak german). This region is beautiful and we loved it. Definitely will come back

Cozy, traditional place close to the river Mosel, with a nice summer terrace and a good selection of wines from the region. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but could do with a bit of modernisation. Friendly staff at all times.

Perfectly located in Alf near the Moselle river. (5 min walk).

The staff was friendly, and dinner at the restaurant was good! Our room was stuffy and a bit smelly so that was not too good.

This hotel is unique and absolutely lovely. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us for the entirety of our stay. The only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed. Having an on site restaurant was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

An incredible apartment- it's like something from Grand Designs. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the restaurant in the main building is great too and Alf itself is full of historic charm and character. Definitely a beautiful hotel.

If you have trouble with stairs make sure you ask for access to your room with the lift/elevator.. a few rooms you don't have access to using a lift.. We were upgraded into the apt but for us it was difficult to get up the stairs with luggage. The apartment bathroom was poorly designed .. in front of the bathroom sink was a wall all glass looking into the bedroom and we didn't like that. Otherwise it was nice to have the extra space.

This is a very nice hotel that just needs a little more square footage and a wi-fi overhaul. Only the dining room has a gracious amount of space, but everything else seems a bit crowded. Our room was very well decorated and appointed, but again, no extra floorspace, and we ended up using an extra couch/daybed to open our suitcases. Another concern was that they had "hot spot" wi-fi that was free but requires you to type in difficult numbers and passwords for about every 10 minutes of use. It was the only hotel in our three month European tour to do this. If you want to watch a one hour television show in English from Netflix, you're going to need to go beg at the front desk over and over to get enough tickets to do the job. The staff are delightful and the hotel very lovely, but this wi-fi arrangement would cause me to not recommend the hotel.

Room bit cold to start with but we found the heating! Delicious breakfast and so enjoyed our stay - very comfortable and such friendly staff.

The staff was very kind and helpful. There was a distinct smell of urine in the bathroom although an odoruos spray was used to cover it up. Upon raising the toilet seat, it was noticed that the bottom of the seat had not been properly cleaned for some time.
