Excellent location and a fantastic Breakfast.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location across from El Retiro Park. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Being within walking distance of many of Madrid’s top attractions made our stay very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madrid.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo frente al Parque del Retiro, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para recorrer la zona. Sin embargo, en cuanto a las instalaciones y la experiencia general, me pareció un hotel bastante normal, sin nada especialmente destacable. Además, algo que considero muy importante hoy en día es que la habitación no tenía cafetera, un detalle que eché mucho de menos durante la estancia.

Moldy shower, old TV, small room with no USB plugs. The sustainable effort is admirable but without a room key in the holder by the door inside, everything shuts off. So you return to a room that's hot, dark and no charged electronics because even the plugs turn off. It looked like they were remodeling and replacing tvs but don't stay here without confirming they've updated!

Excellent location. Close to retiro and metro. Good character and charm but some items in the room like ceiling tiles and shower head were busted. Wrap around patio looks nice but nowhere to sit and trees block any view except of the street below. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a decent stay but the cost I wouldn’t think is proportional to value.

The staff was very nice. The hotel amenities are not up to 4 stars. In the room, there is no facial tissue and hand towels. Once requested for facial tissues, I got small packets instead of a box (I was quite surprised).

Location great. Breakfast staff and selection great. However hotel cleanliness and upkeep are lacking. No Air conditioning or fans or any attempt to try and cool rooms made for an extremely uncomfortable night. Hotel needs some TLC.

This hotel is in an excellent location right across from the central park. The breakfast was top notch and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice, but nothing spectacular.
