Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic.

Beautiful spa with amazing facilities. The buffet which was €27 was absolutely delicious and very well priced. The people that work are very helpful and courteous. I don't 5 star often at all and I have reviewed over 200 hotels and resorts but this one deserves the ratings. Be aware though some of the paperwork says 10am checkout but it is actually 11am. Again absolutely wonderful people throughout. Also spa prices for wellness were very reasonable.

Hotel and facilities were great, I loved to poll and the excellent service. I Found only 2 issues, the curtains in the room did not block the sunlight so it was hard to sleep past 6:00am and the shower was a bit small and had some issues with warm and cold water.

Great value for money. Highly functional spa and right on a very walkable and swimmable beach.

We stay here every year. This year was a little different because of corona. No breakfast buffet or pool. While I understand that those are requirements I would have liked that info beforehand because the price was still the same. The breakfast was not very well organized. As a guest who has stayed here many times, i know that it is usually better. So lets hope next time we get our breakfast buffet and sauna again.

The hotel was handy walking distance from the main train station. The rear of the hotel faced the sea, and there is the promenade between the hotel and rhe sea. The room which we had faced the waterfront.The room was comfortable, but would have loved to have a kettle in the room. The windows could be opened, which meant a fresh seabreeze in the room which was very nice. The breakfast had a wide selection, and the outdoor dining area overlooked the sea. The hotel probably needs a little cosmetic work, but not to interfere with its overall charm. Stepping into the hotel It feels like a bygone era. The travel card for the local area is handy, taking you as far as Prora on the bus line, and to the kleinbahnhof to catch Rasender Roland through to various highlights on the island, such as Sellin. The pier at Binz is walking distance. The hotel also has 2 restaurants and a bar, as well as an outside bar / cafe which serves until 19:00 (in summer while we were there). Would I stay here again? Yes, I think I would.

All in All a good stay with this hotel, parking kan be a challenge.

Had a lovely stay here. Right on the Strand promenade and only 2 minutes to the beach. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Would have liked to have had a coffee maker though...early riser here and no coffee unless you went down to the front desk and then it was a bit of a challenge to get the coffee. Room service in the morning doesn't start until 8am. Was a great breakfast upstairs on the 6th floor. Amazing views and the food selection at the buffet was fantastic!

This hotel has old world charm and does a fantastic breakfast. The pool is nice too and the location right on the beach and near the town centre. Don't stay near Binz pier BTW as they play live music and have a market til late. Great to visit but noisy. Good restaurants near the hotel and there is soooo much to do on the island. We LOVED the tree top walks and the submarine. The beds were not great however too soft, but would not put us off.

Stayed for three nights. The hotel was very nice, but would benefit from some renovations. We specifically liked the breakfast and dinner. The staff was very nice.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man sieht deutlich, dass der einstige Glanz verblasst ist. Beim Frühstück herrscht ein einziges Gedrängel und man muss teilweise warten, um einen Platz zu bekommen. Leider ist das Frühstück / Gastronomie nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel angemessen. Das Personal ist allerdings bemüht, einige Defizite auszugleichen. Fazit: nicht das Geld wert, leider.

Alles war in Ordnung, nur das Personal an der Rezeption – zumindest der junge Mann, der uns empfangen hat – war alles andere als zuvorkommend oder hilfsbereit. Stattdessen wirkte er arrogant und verweigerte uns sogar die Ausgabe einer zweiten Schlüsselkarte. Ich glaube, ein Chatbot hätte uns besser unterstützt.

War alles okay, Frühstück war gut Wellnessbereich sehr schön.

Väldigt fin frukost. Rummet var välstädat men slitet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen.

Essen war leider nicht so gut. Warme Speisen waren gerade so lauwarm und nach 5 Minuten auf dem Teller kalt. Selbst als sie frisch aus der Küche aufgefüllt wurden, nur lauwarm. Die versprochenen glutenfreien Brötchen gab es nicht. Die Kellner haben sehr lange gebraucht und waren nicht kundenorientiert, außer wenn sie dann angesprochen wurden.

Sehr gute Strandlage, sehr angenehmes Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sympathische Gestaltung des Hauses, schöner Wellnessbereich, rundum gepflegt
