Lived the breakfast, front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Our stay (my husband and I ) was average. The staff was lukewarm at best and the food (breakfast) wasn’t great in my opinion. There was some noise from the street but it wasn’t unbearable, and if we were in the bedroom we couldn’t hear anything at all. My biggest gripe was the parking. There is no staff member readily available to open the garage door, so most often you have to go and find someone on staff to open the gate with the remote. The garage is one way in and one way out, so it’s possible to have someone trying to come into the parking garage as you’re trying to come out which can easily result in a collision. I wasn’t expecting spectacular, but I was hoping for a little better.

There were bedbugs in the room

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Just requires a little maintenance in the shower/bathroom area as the shower cube was leaking water into the bathroom and also the sinks were clogged.

This is a good location particularly if you're in Rio for United States visa interviews. The staff helped me a lot to get last minute documents printed, which I really needed and appreciated. However, the hotel needs updates to the infrastructure. We had air conditioning and toilet flushing problems in our room. Also, the parking system is a bit of a headache. But overall for our specific situation, the hotel met our needs.

I had a great stay! The food was good and the people around always eager to help and find solutions. I strongly recommend.

The bed was very old and very uncomfortable. The pillow cases had stains. And the bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on them. It was covered by a flat sheet which kept slipping off. In addition I kept itching when I laid down which had me mentally screwed because all I could think of was bed bugs. And yes I had bites but I’m hoping they were mosquitoes bites. The cheap towels was so horrible I was only able to use them once. One day instead of the housekeeper switching my towels, she hung it at the window for me to reuse smh!

Everything you need is near by!

Property is near Lapa, so lots of places are walkable. Easy access for Uber pickup/dropoff. Front desk has access to activities to sign up for if you’re visiting and need something to do. Elevators are slow, can take a while and mine the weight limit.

The morning staff was unfriendly, they didn’t replace my towels, you can hear everything that’s going on, on the floor from your room

The staff were great. Housekeeping was good as well plus the location was central. The gym is not exactly functional because of the old and broken equipments. The bathroom tiles could use some fresh grout in certain areas and silicone replacement for the edges.

Bathrooms and pool are small. Staff is friendly and helpful.located near Lapa and central areas.

Room needs maintenance and proper beds to rearrange a double bed (ours had at least two inches of difference between right and left side). Good breakfast, pool and terrace need more light and staff to be around.

I had to cancel my reservation I did not completed my check in. The hotel was badwas very noisy the lady at the front desk she was very rude extremely rude they had me waiting for an hour to check in and then they were like 30 people in line to check in I flew for 9 hours and I waited there for 2 hours you wouldn't even talk to me or answer my question. So I told them to cancel the reservations and I booked myself in another hotel I don't recommend this hotel at all lady at the front desk she was very rude
