Everything was great except the parking situation. Free parking was advertised, but parking is free onsite only for the first 16 vehicles to arrive (the hotel has 100+ rooms). The free parking that is advertised pretty much means you have to drive up and down the street hoping for a space to open up. I drove for 45 minutes and never found a place. Had to find a pay parking lot, and the front desk would not reimburse me. The advertising is definitely misleading.

Specially the bathroom was not clean. Bedding was fresh but coves needed cleaning. Facilities were on the old side but kept averagely. People were friendly and helpful.

The staff was fantastic and it was a great place to stay while I was in Kavala.

A great location in the heart of Kavala. Staff were very friendly at reception and upon arrival with a seamless checkin. Rooms are perfectly clean with a spacious room and bathroom. Although so much needed TLC is required in reception and rooftop bar and common areas.

The view from the room was beautiful- I could see the castle and the old town and the port in front of me and the Aegean Sea. I was told before my arrival via message that the hotel does not provide parking and that I should park at the telonio parking 250m away which cost 15Euros per day; surprisingly I saw some guests using the small parking space in front of the hotel and I inquired at the reception only to find out that they do have a parking space - a small one- and it is on a first-come-first-served basis. I was surprised because I had seen in the information about the hotel about the parking space and I had messaged the hotel that I was going to use it only to receive the answer above. Second, while in the room in the evening I heard some noises - turned out that the AC was emitting dust and paint right at the entrance space. I talked to the reception and it was cleaned the next day but still some came down the next morning. The reception personnel (with one exception) was very friendly and wanted to help.
