David at the front desk was enormously helpful. He arranged for multiple taxis (and was able to direct a taxi to my location when I got lost!) He's very knowledgeable about the area and clearly wanted to help us explore and enjoy Oursense as much as we possibly could while we were there.

The room was very outdated, hair dryer not working but the staff was very nice to bring one to my room after me requesting one, the wall paper peeling in the bathroom, the window frame in the bathroom rotten, very worn out curtains ! It really needs an update

It was a great experience. Hotel is well-located with access to many restaurants and touristic attractions. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Excellent stay.

It is great value. Close to the old town. We have stayed here before and the bathrooms have been recently renovated. A great option for a short stay on a tour around this beautiful part of Spain.

On-site underground parking for Motorcycle only €6 a night. Everything first class no complaints.

Excellent hotel in Ourense. Buffet breakfast was great and inexpensive (although the staff in the breakfast area did not speak English, but that's our problem, not theirs). Bed was plenty large and room was spacious

This comfortable hotel is in an excellent position for the old quarter. It has parking on site but only for smaller cars.

Great value, brilliant location. Our room was basic, but bed very comfortable, and bathroom has a strong shower. A little noisy, walls quite thin. Would stay again.

The experience was very nice, overall. The check-in was fast and easy. The staff is very pleasant and ready to help. The parking area is somewhat tight but in Europe a small car is more than a convenience it is a need, and having where to park is a luxury. If you are into breakfast pay for it, it is OK, but if you are not just have a cup of coffee in one of the many bars and cafes around the area. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. I have stayed in this hotel at least 4 times before and it continues to be a very convenient, affordable and pleasant option.

The hotel is very well located close to the town centre. Our cab from the train station cost 5 euros but the one back 7. The room was comfy and had complimentary toothbrush and paste among some other things. We booked the hotel as the rooms were offered at a discount. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will defiantly stay there again.

This was my second time staying in Hotel Francisco II. I like to walk to places and its location is very convenient. There are very good restaurants in the area, lots of stores at walking distance. The hotel itself is very clean, the employees are attentive and helpful. Rooms cover essentials and were comfortable. I would go back, no hesitation.
