We had a lovely stay at the hotel, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, and we stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi. I will say it needs more dining options and better room service during the evening.

The staff was beyond nice and it was super centrally located which allowed us to walk the city freely!

The service from the front desk staff was excellent, they took care of everything!

Amazing stay

The staff was extremely helpful and made many arrangements on our behalf before our arrival. The location was absolutely perfect in the heart of Firenze but a street or two from all of the hustle and bustle so a really nice respite from the crowds. Amazing little piazza with many restaurants and felt so walkable and safe. The room was sizeable and gave us much space to relax and decompress. We enjoyed the Breakfast and apertivo service each day. We will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at San Firenze Suites & Spa. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk to many of Florence’s main attractions, which made sightseeing very convenient. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations and arrangements. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice boutique hotel

Centrally located and very walkable with lots of restaurant and bar options at your door step. Generous free breakfast with prosecco included. House keeping refreshes towels more than once a day as well. Decent sized rooms.

There is nothing that we haven't liked about this hotel! The location is exceptional, a few minutes from the Uffizi Gallery, Accademia, and numerous major Piazzas and Basilicas. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English. They also delighted in encouraging my basic Italian. We have stayed there on all 3 trips to Florence, and I highly recommend San Firenze Suites.

Outstanding hotel. Friendly staff, super nice room. Great breakfast, and happy hour. We did not use the spa. The location is amazing, meters away from Palazzo Medici and Piazza della Signoria.

Absolutely perfect property in the heart of Florence. Our room was spacious and wonderfully appointed. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was of high quality. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely exceptional. Although our arrival was a bit confusing due to Google Maps taking us in circles, we eventually parked nearby and walked to the hotel. The front desk was incredibly helpful, especially since we arrived after the arranged parking closed at 11:30 PM,they made sure we were settled comfortably in our room. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of champagne and delicious macrons. The room itself was stunning, spacious, with a large walk-in closet, a luxurious bathroom with both a bath and a shower, and breathtaking views. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, making for a perfect night’s sleep. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. They personally helped me bring the car to the front of the hotel and allowed it to remain parked there overnight. Breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety and high-quality offerings. The team also provided wonderful recommendations for local attractions, held our luggage after checkout, and even accommodated a late checkout. This was truly a fantastic stay,worth every penny. We will absolutely be back without question.

Excellent staff and service. The rooms were clean and the hotel was in the heart of the city center. Close to shops and great restaurants. Thank you Alessandro and his colleagues for all their help! Thanks for helping my sons about learning of the places to go for a night on the town! They had a great experience! I would definitely stay there again!
