A heritage property with nice decor and ambience. Specially the interior lighting and shades add a special vibe inside the rooms. The lobby cum restaurant is elegantly decorated and presents a royal charm of Rajasthan. The food brings into your palate the real taste of the Marwar region. Another add on of the place is the terrace of the kothi which is ideal for relaxing and unwinding in the evening. Room service was prompt. The staff behaviour was warm and polite. Overall a very good place to spend time with family and friends.

Rooms are super clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The staff is extremely polite, helpful, and warm – specially cap. Raghunath they make you feel truly special. Food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavors 😍 Perfect place if you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a royal heritage experience. Highly recommended for couples, family stays, and anyone who loves heritage hotels ✨ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will definitely visit again!

There are different grades of rooms at this hotel. We stayed in the cheapest so that's all I can review. We are British tourists travelling around beautiful India. The staff were friendly and the hotel felt safe and tucked back from the road. The room itself was dark with one small window. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot but the bedroom needed a spring clean and the sheets and pillow cases probably needed renewing some time ago. Some of the electrics in the room needed attention and one bedside reading lamp was loose with bare wires showing. The room was cold but staff provided a heater so that was ok. The heater also needed a spring clean. Our room has a wooden partition to the adjoining room and we could hear other guests talking. Our second night there had noisy guests so sleeping was difficult. We found the dining room to be clean and breakfast was very good one day and just good the next day but that's personal taste.

My stay at The Kothi Heritage was absolutely worth it. The property truly gives you the feeling of living in a heritage villa, with its classic architecture. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and even the washrooms are large, clean, and equipped with continuous hot water. Since this is an old heritage villa that has been converted into a hotel, there is no lift available, and you need to take the stairs to reach the rooms. However, the staff is extremely helpful—there are service boys who assist with carrying luggage, so climbing the stairs doesn’t feel like an inconvenience. The charm and authenticity of the place more than make up for it. The breakfast spread is delicious and offers a good variety of dishes to try. There is also a small boutique shop inside the property, run by the owner. We purchased a few items from there and found the prices to be more reasonable than those in the local markets. It’s definitely worth checking out. The location is another advantage. It’s centrally situated, with Gypsy (a great spot for lunch and dinner) and Jodhpur Sweets nearby to explore local sweets. Overall, The Kothi Heritage offers a comfortable stay with an authentic heritage experience, good food, friendly service, and a great location. I would definitely recommend it.

Disappointing hotel. Family run, large and spacious rooms. The big problem is the maintenance. Hot water problems, missing towels. No window in the room. Shower that sprays in all directions. Refrigerator that doesn't work if you leave the room. So if you put milk or medicine in the refrigerator you're in trouble. The manager at breakfast is very nice and tries hard, but here too the maintenance is poor
