Too bad, all stinks. The facility is ugly and dilapidated. Everyone should avoid it.

The hotel smells like garbage and sewers. The rooms are dusty and the facilities are old and dilapidated. I recommend everyone to avoid this hotel. The experience is terrible.

Hotel has no parking, rooms have no hot and cold water

Old hotel, the corridors between the rooms have large doors blocking, very inconvenient to move around. The corridor is dark and old, my room was given A616 but when I opened the door, there were still people living there, it was not cleaned yet, then they asked to upgrade and change to another room but to a room with 2 beds, the facilities in the room were only equal to a motel, not a 3-star hotel. I don't know about other rooms, but mine was a closed room, no windows, a normal toilet, generally looking like a normal motel level, not up to the standard of a 3-star hotel. The breakfast buffet had only a few dishes, a lot of fried food, few dishes and not delicious. Families with small children and a little money should book another hotel for a difference of 100-200k but it was still better, the room I booked was 541k, if possible, everyone should try to add 200k for a price of 700-750 to get a better hotel. I accidentally booked here, so I only stayed 1 night and had to move to another place to stay. There are not many Chinese tourists here. There is only one place near the beach and food. Nothing else.

Advantages: enthusiastic hotel staff, supporting guests Disadvantages: 1. Small parking space, parking in front of the hotel gate, because the hotel is currently repairing the front, so it can only park 3 cars lengthwise, if you arrive early, there will be a parking space, but when you use the car, you have to wait for the cars behind to back out before you can move. If you arrive late and there is no parking space, the hotel will guide you to the parking lot (200m from the hotel) and park for a fee. The overnight parking fee for cars is 100k/night. 2. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, you can hear the conversation outside.

I checked in late so even though it was the same price, I was not satisfied with the view of my room. The staff's service was okay. I didn't eat breakfast so I don't know.

The sea view is nice and unobstructed. Walking distance to the beach is quite close. Right next to the square so it's crowded, there's shopping and eating but the price is expensive. The hotel is a bit old, minimally equipped. The TV has a few channels and is not smart. The room has no balcony, the windows are sealed so it's a bit stuffy. Breakfast is normal, enough food but not diverse and quite cold.

The room given to the guest lacked a refrigerator as described. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days here but both lacked a refrigerator. My group checked in at night so the receptionist said the refrigerator would be brought to the room the next morning. But at noon the next day when we returned to the room, there was only 1 room with a refrigerator. The parking lot in front can accommodate 4-5 cars, the first car to arrive will park, otherwise they will be directed to a nearby parking lot.

Management and procedures have some problems. At 2pm, there were still no rooms available for guests. And the hotel did not have parking as stated in Traveloka's information. Staff had good attitude, convenient location.

This hotel is only 3 stars, not 4 stars.

The hotel's central location is extremely convenient, near the square, the incense tower, walk across the street to the beach. In front of the hotel, they sell seafood BBQ and get 1 free lobster for 300k/person, which is quite good. Next time will come. come back

Mình chơi bên vinpearl đến 7h15 tối về, nhân viên lễ Tân nói check không thấy book phòng của mình qua Traveloka mặc dù mình đưa app và sao kê bank đã trừ tiền. Bạn Lê Tân nói mình chờ 10p nhưng nữa tiếng vẫn chưa xong. Mình gửi đồ đi ăn đến 9h10 quay lại bạn báo vẫn lo thấy booking của mình nên mình phải điền form giấy để lại cccd , bạn hứa upgrade phòng view biển lên phòng hoàn toàn khác hình. Nhìn cũ hơn phòng mình book trên hình và view nhìn ra tòa nhà công trình khác chứ không phải view biển như bạn nói. Mình điện xuống hỏi thì bạn lật mặt nói là nãy nói view thành phố. Mình có nhờ bạn book xe máy. Ban đầu bạn báo giá xe ab 150k/ngay. Qua hôm sau mình đi tour về xuống lấy xe thì bạn nhân viên khác tên Việt nói là xe ab 200k/ ngày. 150k là xe số mà bạn hết xe số r. Bạn Việt hỏi lại mình ai báo giá, mình chỉ bạn lễ Tân đó và bạn cũng xác nhận báo giá 150 xong bạn quay qua tiếp tục confirm 150 là xe số mà hết xe số, còn xe ab 200 thôi. Thấy mất thời gian lo giải quyết được gì nên mình tự liên hệ thuê xe ngoài luôn. Chú cho thuê xe còn hỏi sao con thuê khách sạn này chị v, ở trong kia còn nhiều khách sạn rẻ mà mới hơn lắm. Buffet thì mấy món cơ bản thôi, chỉ có cà ri là có thịt còn lại như đồ chay. Nhưng nhìn chung ăn cũng tạm ổn và nhân viên khu này thì đi dọn đĩa liên tục Hồ bơi đang xây toàn gỗ cộc công trình, thang máy sức mẽ Sơn dính lung tung. Phòng thì mình thấy cách âm không ổn và mấy cái vật dụng cụ , cạnh giường tủ trọc hở keo khá nhiều, đèn giường cũng hư không xài đc. Được cái nhân viên vệ sinh buồng phòng có dọn phòng sạch sẽ Nhìn chung tệ nhất là dịch vụ của các nhân viên lễ Tân ở đây. Kiểu nói năng không thống nhất làm tốn thời gian, hỏng lịch trình du lịch của mình. Mình sẽ nói các bạn mình né chỗ này khi đến Nha Trang

Khách sạn sạch sẽ lễ tân thân thiện. WiFi dù là ngày hay đêm cũng không sử dụng được quá yếu cần khắc phục, nằm ngay trung tâm thành phố giá phải chăng, có bãi đậu xe cho ô tô hầm gửi cho xe máy

Went during the low season so there were few guests. I was upgraded to a free ocean view room and the staff were very nice. Only having breakfast is a bit lacking, but I can understand because there are so few customers.

The hotel was OK; Room is clean, tidy & quiet.

Các dịch vụ của khách sạn đều tuyệt vời, bữa sáng ngon, phòng ốc đẹp và sạch, nhân viên thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp, nhiệt tình. Có điều mình thuê 2 phòng lớn nhưng 1 phòng máy lạnh 2 ngựa, 1 phòng thì lại chỉ có 1 ngựa nên không lạnh lắm nhất là vào buổi sáng. Mong khách sạn khắc phục được điều này để trải nghiệm trọn vẹn hơn.
