The robes unfortunately are one size only (medium) as when I asked do they have them

Lovely, clean room. Great location for Donnington race circuit. Staff in restaurant were so helpful.

I booked for a twin room, only had a room with a king bed, luckily we were ok with this, but it wasn’t what I expected. Hotel bed was comfortable .

I was attending a race meeting at Donington. I always stay in the Radisson now - last 3 years or so. It’s handy. Does the job. Before going I received an email informing me £8 per night parking, even though I was staying in the hotel and only parking for the night and would check out 7am. Check-in was fine. Friendly receptionist. Room was usual. Clean and comfy double bed. Just a shower. Stiff rotary control and fairly weak shower. Bar staff friendly. Restaurant staff also nice. Negative was the request for Caesar salad with no chicken came with chicken. Then the medium rare sirloin steak was served well done and was grissly. Small. Not a sirloin cut, I thought. It was possibly the worst steak I’ve ever been served at a restaurant. But the waitress and maitre ‘d were nice.

Staff were so helpful on arrival, guiding us through the parking plans and airport yransfers. Good was nice, room was amazing

Generally pretty good. Need more reception staff - had to wait ages and even then the person dealing with us kept taking calls and disappearing to speak to colleagues. A bath as well as a shower would have been nice. Bar area a bit soulless

Booked several hours before turning up. Room upgraded to Superior, which was really comfortable having spent many hours traveling through the week.

Great hotel andbonly minutes from East Midlands Airport, but... I travel a lot and the prices charged for food and drink are more appropriate for a Radisson in London, than somewhere off the M1. Felt like a rip off, which is a shame as rest of experience was great
