Got an attic tight room w a loud air conditioner, claimed to reception & got a better room

Great location for exploring Avila. 15 to 20 mins easy walk from train station. Just inside the old city walls. Close to restaurants. Good sized room. Clean and comfortable. Very good communication with property.

A very nice, very central hotel, but parking is a nightmare. Leave your luggage at the hotel then find a place to park, and be prepared for a long walk, but it will be worth it

A lovely building tastefully furnished and very clean with a warm friendly welcome. The only item we found a little difficult was the acoustic standard of separating walls not being that great.

One night this hotel is OK staff alright it’s clean and a bed for the night

Location is good as it’s inside the walls but near the new part of town with lots of restaurants so you get the best of both parts. Comfortable bed, impeccably clean but small room. Breakfast was included and adequate at least for my needs. The most negative sides were no ac and the restaurant on the other side of the street with music blaring until midnight.

Hotel Arco San Vicente is located just inside the city walls. Our stay was very pleasant and we have no complaints, whatsoever. The personnel was kind, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had a small patio to sit outside. Due to the building outlay, our bathroom was not spacious, but NOT confining. The breakfast was very good; offers were: jamon, cheese, bread, baked goods, etc. This was included in the price. The location of the hotel is good, if visiting the historical centre. I would recommend this hotel based on my description.

Lovely family run hotel inside the walls near the center of Ávila! Conveniently located just steps away from the major attractions yet still in a "mostly" quiet area. A bit of noise at night after the bars close but this is really unavoidable. A wonderful way to immerse yourself into local life.

Romantic stay in a medieval city. Excellent location, great staff, and a great value for the price. We will stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was great, food and staff too. They organised a courtesy room so we could change our clothes and stored our suitcases so we didn't have to drag them around the town for the whole afternoon.

Comfortable hotel, in a very central, yet quiet location just inside the city walls. Room was a little 'cosy', but adequate. Recommended & we would certainly stay again
