The place was great but we just happened to go during a historical heat wave and there was no AC ! The staff were super helpful and gave us a Dyson fan but the heat was unbearable at times . The place is nice and very close to all attractions. The room was cozy and comfortable . We would have eaten there but instead looked for dining places that had AC so we could cool off !

Great hotel with charm and character right on the perimeter of the bath city center. Easy walk to all of the main attractions. Parking right on site which was great. Older hotel so no elevator or air conditioning, but full of charm and very nicely maintained.

The sophisticated decor was intriguing. The bar and restaurant is excellent for dinner and breakfast. The staff is delightful and very helpful. The proximity to town is a bonus for a short walk. Enjoy.

Wonderful stay. Spacious room, good breakfast and great afternoon tea. Very close to the centre and lots of good restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved our stay and will definitely return.

Clean & well presented room. Staff very friendly & helpful. only negative was the en-suite was very small and due to the height of the towel rail, you keep burning you arm on it when you are in there.

Lovely boutique hotel, a five minute walk from the centre of Bath. Beautiful building with character and style, rooms are very pretty, spotlessly clean and the staff cannot do enough to help. Very quiet too, it’s rare not to hear any noise from other rooms or the street, but i didn’t. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the charm of Bath.
