Great experience overall.

Wonderful people and property.

Employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The Villa 62 staff were phenomenal. They truly made our experience memorable especially Alexx and Maggie. We stayed there for my girlfriends birthday and they made her birthday feel special every place we went.

The property was great. However a little too big for us.

The property was very clean the staff were very friendly the butler service was amazing they were always available

The only negative I would say is that the housekeeping is inconsistent and the food is mediocre. However, the room service food was great! It took 45 minutes to an hour to get it, but it was really good! The drinks were definitely week unless you requested more. Overall a pretty good place to stay.

Our butlers Israel and Bernardo were outstanding!

I am not usually a resort person but I would gladly come here again. The staff were really friendly, room service comes 2-3 times a day to tidy or drop off fruit plates, and the food was great at every restaurant we went to.

This property surpass my expectations of an all inclusive resort. The restaurants were amazing. Very clean facilities. Pools and the beaches were pristine. They were cleaning my room twice a day. The butlers were very helpful. There were activities the whole entire day. Transportation to other resort was very convenient and we could access the amenities of the sister resorts ( Paladium Resorts). It was a an excellent experience and would go back again.

We came to this resort for a wedding and enjoyed the seclusion and access to the other beautiful properties. Staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The food was what you expect for all inclusive resort, what we didn’t expect access to TV channels would be inaccessible the morning of checking out..

Beautiful property and people and amazing food!

Great all around I would give 4 stars just because there were some small but annoying things, like a less than smooth check in, taking hours before getting our suitcases to the room, a non working fridge that took well into the second day to get replaced, and not being able to try most of the restaurants as they were booked up for the entirety of our stay even at time of check in

Surpassed our expectations. Service, amenities, meals, accommodations, cleanliness, and attention to deal were all top-notch. We’ll definitely return, and highly recommend.

It was truly beautiful and safe. Every thing was upkept and tidy. The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. I would recommend this and I will be attending in the future.

Amazing resort. Perfect for our group.

We enjoyed TRS and our stay, but after 25 years of coming to Mexico and the Cancun area, it’s food and drink quality are promoted as superior to other all inclusive, but honestly it is the same experience you would have at a Hard Rock, RIU or Palace Resort. We did miss poolside activities such as volleyball and pool games to have guests interact. It has exercise class opportunities, but no fun activities to have guests interact together. It is a more quiet stay to yourself experience. We enjoyed our stay, but the added costs for upgraded food experience is not worth the additional cost compared to other all inclusive resorts we have been to.

This was an absolutey amazing trip! The service was amazing the workers were perfect and so friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed our butlers Israel and Bernardo they were so helpful and make the trip way more enjoyable. Do not hesitate book this place. It also is an amazing deal that you can access the other resorts within the property too.
