Great location and stylish, comfortable room which had a balcony with a view to the sea. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was a challenge and we had to park a bit of a distance from the hotel.

A lovely stay in a superb location and in a great hotel. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room great and well maintained.

Beautiful Hotel set in perfect location however parking was not ideal

Perfectly reasonable room though not deluxe in my opinion, I chose the deluxe room for our stay and we were given room 8 Pro’s Good size and clean bathroom Bedroom felt clean and fresh Excellent views Good location Con’s Bed seemed like a double and was advertised as Queen Shutters were broken Separate seating area isn’t separate it’s at the side of the bed and blocks the access to the balcony Balcony furniture tired and dirty Decking was broken to the edge near the balustrade No air con Desk unusable as had all the tea making facilities on Shower only has rainfall head No parking

The room we stayed in was rm 5 The Edge, we had full view of the beach and Ocean. The town was within walking distance easy to get around. The hotel and staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very nice, the staff were super helpful and friendly and the view off the balcony was beautiful. It was a stones throw from the beach so in a perfect location.

Wonderful location overlooking Summerleaze Beach. Superior room had lovely sea view, juliet balcony, well appointed bathroom and nice extra like tower fan and nespresso machine. Food was delicious for both breakfast and evening. The staff were a real highlight, lovely people, happy to chat, hard working so all in all, a fabulous stay.

Will definitely stay again but would recommend a front room.parking can be an issue but the location is perfect and the staff are excellent

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful especially Jayne. Breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked. The view from the room’s balcony was spectacular.

With a wonderful view of the beach our room was very clean with were needed. Staff always extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and great evening meal. Definitely stay again.

The hotel was lovely with great views and luxurious room. The food was really great and Mike who was part of the breakfast service went above and beyond, honestly he is a fantastic staff member. The hotel is well situated and I would definitely book again.

We had a really lovely short stay (2 nights). Excellent location overlooking the beach, delicious food both at breakfast and dinner. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. Comfortable clean rooms too. We’ll be back.

A really lovely hotel with lots of thoughtful touches. Stylish very comfortable room with generous balcony overlooking the sea (and seat cushions for the balcony chairs). Our room was very well equipped and we welcomed the fresh milk and complimentary water in the fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, nice restaurant with good dinner choices and very generous breakfast. Free parking also.

Beautiful stay, directly from check in. They checked us in early, gave us a beautiful room. The hotel is lovely and clean and over looks the beach. The staff were all friendly and lovely. We just loved it.

Reception staff very friendly, as was the slightly older gent serving breakfast on bank holiday Monday. For an independent hotel it’s a good standard on the whole. We had room 3 which was very large but the floor is shot. I feel for the poor people in room 4 underneath as the floor creaks with every single step. Also the room was noisy from early as the main windows overlook Sainsburys car park and there was deliveries and reversing announcements/beeping so if you want peace that’s not the room for you. Bar area was nice, staff were pleasant, not particularly friendly but certainly not rude. Great location everything in easy walking distance. Very good breakfast.
