Dirty room, dirty drinking utensils, bathroom closet is a little jammed, cramped, breakfast on the second day decided not to eat at all, food was poor, cutlery was dirty, the only good thing was because of its location near the taksim park and I happened to be able to view sea, and wi fi tolerable, to return? I dont think so

The location is great. We got upgraded to business suite from standard room. The business suit is big, comfortable bed, great view from the balcony. Unfortunately, the heater is off while it was under 10 degrees in Istanbul, and we are from tropical country that not used to be in cold area. The room service barely cant speak English, the reception offer to send us extra blanket. The breakfast is awful, too Turkish, a lot cheese, boiled egg, and bread. Add some general breakfast like fruit, omelette would be nice.
