Excellent location.

This was my fifth stay at this Hotel... i find it extremely good value.. a small hotel, with friendly staff, small rooms that are clean and quiet, convenient to St Raphael train station, close to the harbour and restaurants, and great mountain views from the upper 3rd and forth floor rooms.

Great location. Good value. Only one night but it was prefect for what I needed.

Nice staff, clean, good breakfast and for me the most important thing is that it was a short walk to the train station. Exactly what I needed.

This hotel is very near the train and bus stations, and near shops and attractive quayside/harbour. It's a great location and very affordable. A little noise from adjoining rooms, as we were on the first floor, but we could forgive this as there are lots of plus points.

Great location, very near to St Raphael train and bus stations, very near to the beach and a lovely promenade, and very near to shops and supermarket. Room was a little small, with some road noise when window was open, and lift wasn't working for the time we were there, but good value for £ during the week we were there. Front desk staff and cleaners all great!

Perfect for staying in centre of st Raphael

Very close to train station a big plus. Room is fine, not 5 star but didn't book with that in mind. Bathroom is newly remodeled to high standard and a definite plus. Rate is reasonable and room is spotless with a comfortable bed. Staff is congenial. Continental breakfast offers very good variety.

Couldn’t check in until 1600 despite the checkout time being 1100. Woken up by very loud noise every morning at 0530.

I had a room with a terrace. It overlooked an alley so there wasnt a nice view but, it was convenient for me because I smoke. There were fireworks that night and I could see half of them. Half were blocked by a building. The room and bathroom were renovated and modern but there werent any amenities such as a coffee maker. Only one small picture on the wall. Bed was alright. Only 2 flat pillows. Staff was friendly. Location is great!!! Right around the corner from the train/bus station. Lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach and casino. The only negative thing about my stay was the wifi. I kept losing the connection and there was a period of more than an hour when I couldnt get on. It was very frustrating.

The location was perfect. Reception staff extremely friendly. Had a problem trying to set the safe in the room and staff were very helpful. Room was disappointing, quite dated. Juliet balcony with poor view of just the side of a building. Bathroom was tiny. Very modern tiles and look, but way too small. Sink was nice but too large because of size of the room. I had to sit on toilet at an angle because my knees wouldnt fit because the size of the sink. Shower was weirdly located in bathroom in a corner. Hard to explain but u had a small gap to enter. The shower head didnt run properly. It didnt shower you as lots of little jets it actually all seemed to run to one side of the shower head and run down as a pool. Possibly the shower head had limescale or something similar and that is why. Overall location brillant, staff excellent, room disappointing

Very unprofessional staff. The room was very basic. 4 walls and a small Tv. The breakfast was unappealing.

Great location and value for money. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and the bathrooms recently refurbished. Has a modern feel to it.

A great little hotel. In very good condition though the rooms were a little small.
