Room was neat, and the shower was great!

Its was lovely, the only issue I have is lack of bathroom room.

The hotel is charming and very conveniently located. On my last stay, the staff was incredibly accommodating in terms of extending my reservation as well as meeting all of our requests. Recommended.

Room was clean. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Location was amazing- lots of good food options nearby. Only issue was the AC / heat was super loud! In the middle of the night the fan would turn on and wake me up! And of course there was no way to turn the fan off without shutting the heat off (which isn’t good when it’s -20°C). Bring earplugs.

The room was spotless, big room, spacious and comfortable bed. The restaurant downstatirs is delicious and great staff. Will definitely be back here again!

Staff was nice, but restroom had no door separating from room and overall environment was not ideal: there were nails in random spots in our room floor, bathroom did not seem to be very clean, and we saw a mice running around the main lobby/bar area. overall felt safe but 3/5 for the cleanliness aspect.

Clean, quiet, good amount of space

Really affordable room on the edge of the Chinatown district. Room is decent in size, simple but stylish, bed and linens above average, very nice bath, extremely professional and courteous staff. Very clean, well designed space. Would definitely book again if I’m in Toronto.

Generally, a good hotel option if you need a place to sleep or stay overnight. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was excellent compared to many budget hotels around. Very friendly staff. No-frills, but in a good way.
