Lovely hotel with great restaurant facilities and welcoming and helpful staff. However, as it is located on a main street, it was a bit noisy at times if you had the window open.

Very nice stay for a couple of days... station within 20 min walk so Innsbruck Altstad easy to reach..

Had the best day at this very clean, beautiful, and quaint hotel. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast options for our entire family and how quiet the town was. It was a convenient drive to most everything we wanted to see in the area! Definitely recommend this location!

The hotel was fantastic and the service and help given was useful and informative.

Unfortunately I was not aware that any country in Europe still supported smoking indoors. The bar area, central to the hotel was full of smokers and the smell wafted around the whole ground floor. fortunately each floor had fire doors which kept the smell away from the bedrooms. Other than this the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious and the location really couldn't be any more central to Wattens. The food in the restaurant was fine though limited. Children may not be keen on what was to offer (unless they are used to local cuisine) so you may want to pop over the road to Pronto Pasta where the service was interesting and the food great. For anyone visiting Swarovski its only 10 mins walk along the road and the town center is on your doorstep.

Towels need replacing

An amazing trip, wonderful hotel, celebrated my Second wedding anniversary, by walking the 10 minutes from Hotel to Swarovski crystal world. Only a 30 minutes drive to Innsbruck, worth a visit too.

Enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to Swarvoski Crystal. Front desk very friendly and assistive. Great dinner, except service was slow at dinner time. We were seated right away and our order taken, then forgotten. Our order was delivered after everyone else in the restaurant had received their food. Other than that we had a great time.

Used this hotel as a two night stopover returning from Italy. Hotel was impressive and the room provided was excellent and probably the best on our tour. Did not eat here in the evenings so unable provide any feedback, However did have breakfast which was a little disappointing.

Waren für 1 Nacht da auf der Heimreise - alles tip-top mit reichhaltigen Frühstücks-Buffet ! Auch am Abend hatten wir da zu Abend gegessen. Gute Qualität & netter Service 👍 Sogar unser Wunsch nach einem Kaiserschmarren wurde erfüllt- obwohl er aktuell nicht auf der Karte ist ; und er schmeckte vorzüglich 🙏 Also sehr Gäste freundlich ‼️

Tolles Hotel unweit der Swarovski Kristallwelten. Einzig die rutschenden Matratzen im Bett empfanden wir als unangenehm. Lattenrost niedriger stellen wäre vielleicht eine Lösung. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert!
