The staff were very helpful. It is very dated but clean and had everything we needed.There is also a restaurant and bar on site that is not owned by the motel, also very nice.

Customer service was good but everything else was far from it. The room was disgusting! Mold on the walls in the shower, uncleaned benches and surfaces. Room smelt funny, shower definitely wasn’t cleaned with old soap and hairs over the mixer. Really didn’t feel comfortable enough to “ make my self at home “ here.

Always a great stay for our group of six ladies in the 3 bedroom unit.

We booked a room specifically with a spa bath which we ever very excited to try but found out it had not been properly cleaned! Not to mention the visible cracking in the paint. We obviously did not want to use it. The sliding door to actually get into the room we really struggled with. It needed ALOT of force to open and close, it did not glide easily at all! Now I will say the rest of the room was clean and tidy and the receptionist was absolutely lovely but that's as far as the good goes. We also got given a small bottle of milk at reception and yes I do enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning but a sink to fill the kettle up? No you would have to use the bathroom sink. This room did not meet our expectations at all and is definitely was not with the $207 we paid for plus the extra of $50 for "bond" We will not be booking again.

The room was clean and tidy, but if you don't like washing your dishes in the bathroom basin, this is not for you. Very limited cutlery and meal prep facilities, but it is understandable for the price and description in advertisements.

Very happy with our stay At twin Peaks. The location is excellent with a restaurant out front. We accidentally put the double bed option when booking when we wanted two singles. The staff were very helpful in sorting it out. The room had a few marks here and there but otherwise was very modern and everything worked great. The shower was awesome. The coffee was great. Would highly recommend twin peaks. The value was very good and the price was excellent.
