Piscine intérieure et extérieure,plaisant balançoire pour adultes à l extérieur

Not one bad thing or negative comment to say about the place and staff. Pool, spa and the food was amazing, thumbs up for this wonderfull hotel.

No fuss, everything was easy.

The hotel L’Oisilliere is an excellent location with fantastic staff. We have stayed here many times and it is always top-notch.

When I registered I asked for the view of the room and was explicitly told I could not be changed at 'that rate' rate I got through Expedia. I said I did not mind paying extra to have a room with a view but she reminded me again...I ended up with a room with a view on a commercial landfill. I did not mind so much as it was one night stay. We used the pool and the spa. Water in the pool was very fresh (yet again I dont mind but it is usually warmer). Supper: service was professionnel. I got a fish that had a suspicious smell and the waitress picked up my plate saying I would get another type of fish. Meal was ok but not the greatest. Morning was a pain. First I got to the desk trying to tell the young lady I got a receipt for all 3 rooms and wanted to make sure even though my friends paid with their credit card that they got the Expedia Rate. She was not familiar with the system and it took for ever. Lucky I was early and there was no line. Service at breakfast was slow and when I mentioned I got a piece of melon that looked it had been chewed on I was given a lesson on how to use melon by a pretentious young waiter. Even though we managed to have a good time and location was convenient, I would say this hotel is overrated and to look around Montmagny has a few places so....

les chambres plus spacieuse que les autres hôtel que j'ai visités . Hôtel beaucoup mieux entretenu que d'autres que vous avez sur votre site de réservation , quand on réserve avec votre site les hoteliers nous donnent les chambres les moins belles et aux étages sans élévateur qu'on a pas apprécié . Je vais essayer de réserver directement avec les hôtels dans mes prochaines sorties .

Restaurant was nice, staff very friendly, drinks were really good (especially the Irish Coffee). Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. One thing, the TV was very small

This is a fine hotel with exotic installation for pool and spa. Nice for children and adults Very quiet and close to everithing. Sinc ewe had forgotten our robe, the let us have some. That was aoppreciated

Great experience and excellent food!

We spent one night at this property as part of a road trip. The property is nice and the indoor pool area seemed great. Our room was just ok. We could hear guests in other rooms fairly easily which was distracting. The shower was particularly frustrating - I was blasted with cold water and nearly burned by hot water - all without adjusting the tap. The room also had signs of water damage and the shower curtain had a sour smell. If we weren't there simply as a quick stop over I would have asked to be moved.

Nous avons eu un bel accueil et j’ai apprécié que la personne au comptoir nous change d’étage lorsqu’elle a vu par elle même que ma mère avait de la difficulté à marcher. Très bienveillante!
