I am SO happy we ended up booking at Las Farolas. I absolutely loved this place. The photos do no justice. It is gorgeous, clean, and everyone is very accommodating. The garden is STUNNING. A lovely breakfast is provided and overall it is so enjoyable. Every person at the front desk was so kind. They even went out of their way to find a specific tour custom made for us. I will be coming back and staying here no hesitation! 10 out of 10

Nuestra experiencia en Hotel Las Farolas fue simplemente excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable: el personal siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. El hotel está hermosamente cuidado, muy limpio y organizado. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y súper acogedoras, perfectas para descansar después de caminar por la ciudad. Todo se siente muy bien mantenido y con ese encanto colonial tan especial de Antigua. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, variado y fresco, y el servicio en el área del restaurante fue igualmente excelente. La ubicación es perfecta: está cerca de las principales atracciones y prácticamente se puede llegar caminando a cualquier lugar. Es ideal para disfrutar Antigua sin necesidad de transporte. Definitivamente es un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos con total confianza.

Room was spotless, staff was friendly and the location was quiet. This is our second time staying here because it is a really lovely property.

Lovely hotel, really helpful and friendly staff. Easy few blocks walk into the main part of Antigua, which is a great town. Stunning Korean restaurant round the corner, food in hotel good too. Clean rooms, hotel areas Only improvement area- quicker response via Expedia messaging please. Took a lot of correspondence and time to book airport transfers. Reverted to direct WhatsApp in the end Would have been nice to have just a 15 minute extension to check out time as son was returning from overnight Acatenango volcano hike, had to go to local gym for a shower

Limpio, agradable las personas muy amables el jardinero tiene lindo el jardín y nos hablo de nombres de flores muy atentos todos pero si algo de pintura o salitre en la habitación q nos tocó pero eso fue lo de menos todo muy rico la comida todo bien lo recomiendo

Nice place to stay with spacious and clean rooms and friendly staff. Quite close to coffee shops, tour providers, restaurants, etc. yet a bit away from the more crowded centers. Nice breakfast included in the price of the room.

Staff was excellent

The rooms are clean and spacious, althought they use a strong desinfectant odor that stays in the room but can be solved if you open the windows and door for a few hours. This is the best hotel for staying. The breakfast is ok, but you can get better options from walking distance like San Martin. Overall it is a quiet hotel if you choose the inside rooms and not the ones facing the street.

Yes rooms clean and sheets, water pressure low and toilet overflowed. No air conditioning. Pretty gardens and breakfast very good each day

Heater broke and we had to wait for an hour to shower but they tried their best to fix it and change rooms for us
