Friendly staff, close to haram and comfortable

A very comfortable hotel, close to the Grand Mosque, with a varied breakfast and easy access. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. We performed Umrah independently, so we booked and checked in the hotel ourselves. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was very large and clean. We stayed in a king-size room on the 9th floor. The breakfast was delicious and complete. The hotel is very close to the Grand Mosque, only a 5-minute walk. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you to the Ajyad Makarem Hotel for providing us with comfort during our stay in Mecca.

I stayed for 4N3D with my family. Very recommended hotel with a competitive price. Large room and good for family.

3rd time here and first time junior suite, facilities do not match description information is there is a bathtub but there is none. even got 2 extra beds, so there is 1 kingsize and 2 singles. breakfast menu is different. still recommended only facilities do not match description

The photos of the rooms shown do not match reality, the bathroom is quite nice but narrow, not like the photos.

The quadruple room is spacious and it is enough to put 4 people's medium luggage. Then, the staff is also nice and friendly, following with the English-speaking staff. The distance to Haram is about 6 minutes walking distance. It is really close.

The location is good, walkable distance from Haram makes it easy to go back and forth to Masjid. They need to be asked to clean the room and to change the linen and towels.
