Great place, everybody was very welcoming

The hotel says they have sauna but there is no staff around so no way to use it.Same for coffee they say is available 24h but the machine only works in the mornings. Otherwise is Ok

Horrible experience. We got a room for 1 day, the room's AC did not work, eventually the room got very hot and uncomfortable; we had to sit with the door open because the hallway was cooler than our room. When we let the staff know about the AC, they told us "well, it isnt hot outside", did not switch us rooms or even offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Every time you shower, the drain keeps flooding the entire bathroom, disgusting. Only four parking spots for the entire hotel, first come first serve, the rest have to pay street parking fees. The entire room had a single power outlet. The breakfast was the single good thing we experienced in the hotel. We're happy we only stayed for a single night. Can't recommend.

Comfortable, large room. Friendly staff. About halfway between the train station and the old town - either is about a 15 minute walk - although there's not a great deal on the doorstep, you have to walk for a bit to find bars or restaurants.

This hotel is on a busy street that is not so pretty. Once we stepped inside Andreea made us feel welcome. She helped us plan our trip with great detail. The location was great as it was quiet and a very quick Uber ride to the old town. The hotel is not fancy but super clean and comfortable. Try it!

Good value/price ration

This is very nice hotel. Very clean and the room has all the amenities you want. There is free parking on site and the front desk is staffed 24 hours. It is a bit far from the ‘action’ of the Old Town but Uber is so cheap it’ll cost you $2 to get there. Oh, have a mentioned Brasov is gorgeous?

Everything was good and I had a nice stay.

Nice hotel for the money. Small but affordable breakfast. Good location to old town. Private parking in the back. Friendly staff. I would recommend it.

I didn't use many of their features, if any. It is a nice enough place. The staff was terribly apologetic about vacuuming the carpets and making noise at 10 AM, but it didn't bother me. You expect hotel maintenance in the day. I didn't have the breakfast. It seemed pricey and I was enjoying not eating. When you have friends in Romania, not eating is a luxury.

Nice place to stay. Decent food options close by, but a bit of a walk to the Old Town area. Breakfast is expensive for what you get.

Very good location close to both the Old City and the new City Center. Clean and good room size. Good breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with incredible amenities and staff. Very much enjoyed staying at Hotel Brasov.

Friendly helpful staff. The room I had there was lots of street noise. Ask for a room away from the street when staying at this s hotel.

The reception staff were extremely helpful, welcoming with excellent English.

As expected. Older hotel but a good price and what I needed as a base while I visited. Well cleaned daily

Easy to find late at night, on broad avenue with Transylvanian funeral parlours - "Velcome! Ve've been expecting you!" Hotel is clean, comfy, big room, helpful staff. Room lock and room safe weren't working, they came & fixed. Nice breakfast, overall value for money.

Very clean and quiet easy walk to town mall and bus/train station. Good breakfast and good cable tv and wifi
