The room was great, the breakfast hit the spot, and the staff were top-tier—shoutout to my man Harold! Seriously, the place is beautiful. The rooms are clean, sitting in the courtyard is wonderful, the breakfast is perfect and the staff were friendly and always helpful.

I was blown away by the cleanliness of the hotel. I love the breakfast everyday and the staff was pretty friendly. I would definitely come back to stay there. I love the gardens and the birds in the patio. I highly recommend it. I used the sauna and I would have loved to have some fresh water available outside. But, overall, I am very pleased with my stay.

Good service. Lovely staff. Wide range of breakfast choices. Unique location. Very close to centre of town with numerous restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walk. Felt safe walking alone at night. My room was clean and comfortable but the finish is a little careworn.

They do have gaurded motorcycle parking, covered and secure. Beautiful property, 1 block from city center. Great breakfast with great cofee Showers very hot, rooms spotless, great front desk and porters.

I have stayed here several times. I like it. The price has increased by one third. Refrigerators are no longer in rooms. Less service at breakfast. Television is not large enough to watch from the bed. Increase price and decrease quality . Still the room is big. The bed is good. People are friendly. It’s a beautiful place .

Pet friendly and amazingly beautiful hotel. The rooms are a bit older in some spots, but the beds are so comfortable and it really has that special charm. The restaurant has great food. The location is perfect to walk the city and see all the beautiful spots. Parking is also perfect.

Our stay at the hotel was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated, but the overall service took too long and could be more efficient. The rooms could have been cleaner, as we noticed some details were overlooked. While we still enjoyed our family trip, the hotel would benefit from faster customer service and more attention to housekeeping.

A very old monastery, smack in the middle of Old Town. It has been renovated while respecting the old materials, resulting in a curious mix of old and new.

very comfortable place. very clean. services available like nice hotel should have. No real complaints. When there are functions taking place it can be noisy but not late at night. Each room could use smart television and a comfortable chair but it is gracious and comfortable otherwise. The grounds are nice, pool is good..

We stayed at the monastery on two occasions. The room we had on our first stay had a stained and dirty carpet. We asked for it to be vacuumed and they did that, but they would be far better off, tearing up the carpet to expose the wood underneath, which I expect is beautiful. On our second stay the room was clean and had none of those issues. It’s a beautiful place with very cool old furniture. The place has lots of character and is steeped in history. It felt very special to stay there.

No me hospedé en el hotel, por segunda vez tuve que cancelar mis planes de viaje a este hotel, por que otra vez la administración de este me informó el día anterior al viaje, que realizarían una fiesta muy ruidosa hasta las tres de la mañan

Très bel hôtel dans un magnifique bâtiment historique. Bien situé dans le centre de Popayàn. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Bon petit-déjeuner dans le cloître
