Truly family-oriented. The entire family loved it

Vine con mi esposa y 2 hijas de 2 y 9 años. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la atención del personal muy amable. Tienen una zona de entretenimiento para niños que a mis hijas les encantó. El hotel está preparado para días calurosos y fríos, se puede usar la piscina exterior e interior sin problemas. Su ubicación también me gustó ya que la zona es muy tranquila y se puede llegar caminando al centro de Gramado en 10 minutos.

The room is OK but it is not worth the price. They also do not have valet services. Therefore, you will park the car and walk about 2 blocks to reach the lobby.

The hotel is rated for a family oriented place and since we were a couple without kids it wasn't much of interesting. The place is very nice and well kept but had some flaws...great for a family and the breakfast very good variety. Location excellent walking distance to center of the Town which is a plus... The distance from POA Airport was about 2 hours

Very good hotel. Clean modern rooms, adequate outlets for charge electronics. Staff very helpful, especially, Azenia at front desk. Good breakfast. Good fitness room. Only 2 items for improvement: A) WiFi was very ineffective. Had to turn it off to get to a website. B) Smoke from building near our room was very strong. Not possible to be out on the balcony of our room. Smelled like burning trash. Staff said it was the heating system.

Lovely hotel in the German style. Within walking distance to town Center passing many excellent restaurants. Good food at breakfast. Indoor and outdoor pools. This is a hotel for families so the common areas can be quite boisterous.

If you are looking for a place for relaxing, with SPA, with a cozy fireplace, spacious, great food and friendly people, Alpestre won't disappoint you. Had the best time there with family. In one day I probably spent almost 3 hours in the inside hydro pool, just chilling in very warm water. So relaxing. Breakfast is 10 out of 10, it has everything you can imagine, from waffles with melted chocolate to so many types of cakes, breads, fruits (and the basic scrambled eggs and sausages of course). Bedrooms are lovely, location is quiet and restaurant was great too. Funny enough, the thing that really stood out from me in this hotel is the amazing small in every room. They created their own scent which is very memorable. I actually had to buy their fragrance which is just incredible (honestly it smells of my Tom Ford cologne). I'd not think twice when next time booking a place In GRAMADO. The only thing that I would have loved was if there was a separate bar from the restaurant, focusing on a wider range of cocktails such as the classic margaritas, strawberry caipirinhas, etc.
