Ok condition with the price

Was given a free upgrade, that was good and decent stay at the price.

far away from underground transportation. even though it is non-smoking room but cigarette smell comes from a/c duct/ventilation.

The hotel was probably ok 10 years ago. With zero maintenance and terrible cleaning the hotel is gross. The carpet was so dirty I had to walk around with my shoes on at all times. The bathroom had mold all over the place. The lobby was equally gross with old furniture and a repainted ceiling that looked like a child painted it. The staff speaks no English and the hotel is misrepresented on the map in relation to the metro. It is a 20 min walk to the metro.
