They did not honor my reservation when I arrived. The property did not appear clean or well maintained

Do not stay there

Informed on arrival they do not honor Expedia reservations. There were 3 of us in line with no reservations. Although it was non refundable because it was the arrival day, they did refund us after the Expedia agent called to confirm there were no rooms. Then, the real problem was finding accommodations in town for that night!!!

Horrible stay

Nothing special. They didn't booked the room. It was uneasy to my family. I reserved the room one month ago. When I went there, they mentioned that Expedia is not working and they don't have any rooms. It's hard to find a room at the last minute.

This is a very run down motel. I did not and would notstay there

The staff was lovely but the room was very unclean. Stunk of cigarettes and there was burn holes in the bedding. Empty alcohol bottles and cans everywhere. We left immediately. The staff was lovely and looked defeated. My heart goes out to them but I couldn't stay there with my immune compromised husband and children

Very good service

The motel is very shabby, not well maintained and the room has bare minimum, not even a bedside lamp, the shower curtain is falling apart,the blue bathtub was painted white and the paint is coming off, the room was not very clean, garbage bin not emptied, it’s noisy outside with the traffic.

Moderate experience but the price seems to be higher for such a property

Staff was great. Rooms need some work.

That was our worst decision during our road trip. We took the place in rush, because we hadn’t planned in advance. The bath tub drain was plugged, the sink drain was plugged, the bed sheet had blood spots on, the garbage can was full from the previous visitors Although the reception refunded 1/3 of our money, but did they bring our night back? Avoid this place if you only want a nice shower and a pleasant sleep, because you won’t get them.

Customer service rep were great! but they had bed bugs! i had terrible stay and got marks all over my body! i had to go to doctor as i had itching all over my body!

Accommodating and friendly

The room I had stayed in was not clean, their dust everywhere and looked like nothing had been cleaned in a few months . Not to mention it smelled really bad .
