For the price, the place was great. Friendly staff, clean and quiet room and a nice shower. Breakfast wasn't that good, but again, for the price, you wouldn't expect more.

We woke up at 3 am and had to check out because there were bed bugs in our beds and we were covered in bites

Clean, comfortable and affordable with a decent breakfast. Room was too tight for space and floorboards were loose.

I realized there wasn’t a hair dryer in the room after taking a shower and my husband had to visit the front desk to borrow it for me. It was inconvenience.

On date of stay was much more affordable than other hotels that seemed over priced for Ellensburg. But still clean, comfortable and friendly & attentive staff.

Check in was fast and easy with friendly front desk staff. The room was not as clean as I would like. There was food residue on the counter top and the tub looked dirty. It was quite noisy at 1 AM with other travelers checking in (not the hotel's fault). Parking was very close to room.

Dirty, nasty. The carpet was coming away from the walls. It stunk. We went for a college orientation and I thought it would be nice to stay the night and explore with my daughter. Checked for bed bugs. There were none so we stayed. There were cigarette burns on the blankets. Like no excuse to be this bad. We didn't even shower there.

Nice hotel. Will return if ever in the area.

I was a little hesitant when booking our stay here due to mixed reviews I had read. I was pleasantly surprised at the condition and cleanliness of the facility. The only negatives were not enough hot water for both our showers and being on the second level take care in that first step going down. Not sure what it is, but we both stumbled on that first step. We did not eat breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

It's a 2star hotel; you aren't stopping here for the holiday, but just for passing through. On that point, the room is clean, everything worked. The location is close to the highway and food. A river runs behind the motel and there are picnic tables which is a bonus. I will say you could tell that underneath the rug, the floor was broken/damaged/lumpy in a few spots, so points off for that.

Continental breakfast was offered and liked the beginning time. Food was disappointing.

The property is across the street from a large truck stop, so there is a lot of truck noise. The lobby is in poor shape, and seems to have been sloppily renovated by an untalented DIYer. It made me concerned how the room might be. The check-in clerk was not the friendliest person, and was on the phone with someone who was trying to get a refund, while I and another customer were left to wait about 10 minutes to check-in. She at first gave me one room card even though two of us were staying in the room. I had to ask for a second card. Thankfully, the room was clean and tastefully decorated. The bed, a king, was very comfortable. The breakfast was all carb options, and very little available if one is trying to eat gluten-free. All-in-all, it was okay, but I probably will not choose to stay at this property again if I need a place to stay in Ellensburg.
