Good hotel nice staff

Large, clean room. Great breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. Convenient.

Excellent hotel great value. Love the breakfast. Close to all the restaurants and attractions in downtown Hsinchu. Few blocks away from Big City with its food court. Also just few blocks away from the markets, etc. You can ask the hotel staff to schedule taxis for you so you're not waiting for ubers in the morning, as it could get busy and a long wait. I see a lot of business professionals staying at this hotel so it's geared towards business travel which is great. There's an italian restaurant attached to it as well that's pretty decent.

Short walk to train station. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. However, if you stay on the side facing the elementary school, it can get noisy.

A 5 - 10 mins walk to a very big shopping mall - Big City. The staff could be friendlier

It's a bit noisy as it is right across a primary school. Staff were nice but does not seem really friendly. The room was quite clean and the corridor from the elevator to the room was also clean and well lit. There is a good variety of small restaurants or hawker food stalls around the hotel.

Sol Hotel Hsinchu is an incredible value. Room was spacious and comfortable, staff was outstanding, great included breakfast, and prime location.

The service attitude isn’t friendly. The room condition isn’t ok at all. Towels aren’t clean. Overall is pretty bad.

Nice and good hotel, good service

Nice comfortable stay. Cafe Grazie is nearby as well as a craft beer place. I believe both places will give you a 10 percent discount if you show your hotel card.

Facility is a bit old. But staff is very responsive and helpful

Excellent place to stay except 2 issues. I gave okay for cleanliness because I was bitten by bed bugs. The front desk had my bed thoroughly cleaned and gave me anti itch ointment. I gave okay for service because of the accessibility of coffee in the morning because of breakfast buffet. The hostess was rude and didn’t allow me to get coffee during buffet hours. Please consider having separate coffee station for guests who do not want buffet. Even with these 2 issues, I would stay at this hotel in Hsinchu visiting relative for location and xcellent facility and service.
