Towels and sheets are smell bad.

Hotel is nice. Convenient area to Hanyu station. Did not try the onsen this time due to time constraints.. Staff in friendly and respectful.

This property is good for Japanease.

The facilities were not totally bad, but I did not want to get my shoes off at entrance (if we had to do that, we wanted the slipper there, not in our room.)

Absolutely Brilliant, if you are willing to accept No Signs in English, and Staff severely limited in the English language! I loved it!

The customer service was great but I won't go back to this hotel... The wall paper was disgusting. It must be smoking room before. It was yellowish and dirty with nicotine stains. We also didn't like their mattress. It was very hard and not comfortable at all. It's time to renovate the hotel.

The temperate set for the air-conditioning of the room was very high and made us uncomfortable. The onsen was good though, very convenient.

Needed an overnight in the area. Hotel was very good. Mainly used by Japanese as it is a little out of the main tourist areas but if you need to be in or close to Kuki then this is good value.

ビジネス利用。温泉あり、食堂あり、静かで良く寝れて（ベッドも良し）、朝食も良し。文句なしでした。

スタッフの対応はとても良い。 温泉施設と一体なので、温泉利用者のマナーが良くない。

お風呂(露天風呂やサウナも)が充実していて楽しめました。また館内が土足でないのもリラックスできてよかった点でした。

Very good hot spring hotel, free parking, there is a huge supermarket opposite the hotel open until 12 midnight.
