I loved the hotel. The staff was amazing. The room was very comfortable and clean. The area is very close to the Monreale Cathedral. It’s an historic area and a must see

We thought the property was clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff (not present on property) were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was marginal. The neighborhood was very localized, some of the shop owners friendly, but ver difficult to drive in and out of!

Clean, comfortable family run property located within easy ealking distance of the town centre. Was surrounded by many of restaurants and bars.

The hotel is very well located in the middle of town and within walking distance to the beautiful cathedral. The streets are very narrow and it’s impossibly challenging to drive to the hotel.

Well located. Clean and comfortable. We expected breakfast but there was none.

Modern clean space, functional. Cheerful and efficient staff. Location optimal in a magic town. Parking available nearby. Suites available. HIghly recommended.

Very spacious and extremely well located with functional bathroom and nice terrace are the plusses. But the queen bed in master bedroom is a disaster. Sitting on the side, one sinks almost to the floor. Second bedroom has one great twin bed and another that is marginally better than the queen disaster. My wife, with her broken arm, slept upright on sofa, while I slept soundly on the one functional twin. Well priced, but no bargain given the dysfunctional queen bed.

Very central in Monreale and a lovely suite. The staff member was exceptionally helpful even though we arrived late and she went with us to show us where to park. She then came back again in the morning to check that the parking was free as the meter was broken.

This hotel is wonderful. Nice large and well appointed rooms. The host is very helpful. The Cathedral is stunning. A must see! Finding the property and parking can be difficult. We struggled the first time, but no problem the second time!

Above and beyond service from hotel personnel - especially Daniele and young lady- receptionist. Helped to park the car and bring it back at the right time - saving a lot of hassle and money. The only "room for improvement" - bed quality. Other than that - best experience during 2 week Italian trip (Milan to Palermo drive).

Very convenient location to visit Monreale duomo. 20 minutes drive to Palermo.
