Very bad experience non recommended , appartment is far from the reception , no left I went us 4 floors walking with luggages! No service , very poor breakfast , a lot of bars down and too much noise , not recommended at all

Great location and the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The suite wasn't perfect - wifi and hairdryer didn't work at first but they fixed it promptly so it was fine. Our 3 night stay was pleasant overall except for an annoying incident at the breakfast. The toaster wasn't working properly and I brought it to the attention of the staff there. A lady in black uniform was simply rude. Instead of fixing the toaster problem, she talked very impolitely to me and blamed me for misusing it. Maybe she was having a bad day but a staff should never treat a client in such ill manner! Other staff at the breakfast were courteous though. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if not for this incident.

The room was comfortable, clean but very hot. The worst part about the stay was finding the apartment on the first day. Googlemaps takes you to the buildings where the apartments are, while the reception is in a completely different building. We tried calling the reception but their instructions were not clear, there should be better signage for the apartments

Great location for touring Budapest on foot. Rooms were secure and comfortable with good a/c and facilities. The reception staff were excellant, very helpful booking trips, taxis and general advice. We had a top floor appartment which was very quite despite music from the bars downstairs.

Apartment set up was great, was able to make coffee in the mornings and have plenty of space to hang out. Location was perfect as well, easy to walk to all destinations (Buda Castle, Parliament, Baths, Central Market, etc.) However, the hotel was very hard to find when we initially arrived. The address was for a long alley of about 25 bars and restaurants, none of which had individual addresses so we had no idea where to go. The was a very little sign that we eventually found for "Godzu Apartments" and then we had to go up a floor to find the eventual check in desk. It was very unsettling as we had our suitcases with us and couldn't look more like lost tourists. We were approached by several people asking for money in return for their assistance, which needless to say was not a great first impression of the city. If there were more instructions on how to find check in, we would have been much more prepared.

I booked this apartment based on central location. I did not realise that it was in such a lively place which is okay but the music is so loud you will not sleep particularly on a weekend until the bars close at 3 am. If you are into late nights they would be great for you we prefer sleep. The Appartments themselves are modern reasonably well appointed and live up to their 3 star rating. Security is good with electric doors to each entrance.plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

We were on a vacation and enjoyed the apartment very much. A few of our experiences: When we first arrived we could not find the entrance since the name displayed is actually "Gozsdz Udvar". The apartments are centrally located - fantastic! The major tourist attractions are within walking distance of the apt. We had a two story fourth floor apt. acommodating six people - comfortably. The ceilings are slanted - windows are skylights which we couldn't really open which was ok since the smoking and the noise from the street would have come in. We used the a/c the entire time,so all was fine. The elevator got stuck 2 or 3 times, one of which my children experienced from the inside. Maintenance took care of it promptly each time. There was one bathroom without a bathtub downstairs and two large full bathrooms upstairs. The skylights upstairs in the bathroom had no shades which maked bathing uncomfortable. One of the bathtubs had such a low ceiling that a bath was the only option in that one. There was a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave, electric 4 burner stove. Wifi didn't always work. All in all we had a positive excperience in Budapest. My entire family would recommend vacationing in this apartment.

I am very surprised that this hotel has a high rating from others. The washing machine did not work but my main complaint is the continued noise level. In the three nights we were there, we did not get sleep due to the Tapas bar with loud music which plays until 3 or 4am. This occurs on weekends and weekdays. The main reason for a hotel is sleep but sleep is impossible at this location. Very surprised that Orbitz accepts this hotel for booking. If you want sleep, go somewhere else!

well for a start if only the hotel is actually called Made In Budapest (it isn't) its called Gunsu Apartments. Made In Budapest Apt does not exist. So we had a ball trying to find it...NOT. Whilst it is central, It is very very very noisy with a live band venue down stairs with banging doof doof music till all hours. In regard to cleanliness, yuck it was grimy everywhere. Cleaners really didn't care at all, if you could call them cleaners. However the location is terrific, just down the road from the main square, supermarket nearby and restaurants and walking distance to the best ruin bar in Budapest. But for the price you can get better anywhere. Oh yeah and use there metro its great and easy.

There was only a tub with a handheld shower head but tub was under a slanted roof and you could not shower. We didn't have hot water the first night, hotel knew it when we checked in and didn't even tell us. Location was great but very noisy. Also, housekeeping needs work!

The hotel were outstanding because the rooms were perfect and clean the hotel staff were great and helpful we really enjoyed our visit

The location of this hotel/apartment was in the heart of the city center. It was easy to get to site seeing locations.Public transportation were readly available. Stores and restaurants were with in walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious.The office staff was very helpful and did speak english.Overall we had a fantastic stay!

First time seen apartment with fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, full size fridge etc. Freezer its a life saver :) LVery noisy party street so cant open window if u want follow sleep. 5euro for a AC per day. Close to transport and river cruises. If u need to fix your car, garage is under carpark, level -1. Do not buy breakfast vouchers. Its better do pay seperate in restaurant, your choice will be much bigger.

Great place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the action. The apartment was clean and daily cleaning service really made a difference as we cooked on one of the evenings. The AC was not included in the rate which was slightly annoying. You definitely need the AC in the summer as there is too much noise at night to leave the windows open. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family with teenagers.

Great apartment right in the heart of the action, both daytime (cafes, markets) and nighttime (bars and clubs) - but still pretty quiet. It was a good location for access to public transport and many of the tourist sights. Reception staff were always courteous and helpful. Only complaints were the air conditioning (struggled with the high heat and humidity) and the fact that the cold water system failed at some stage each day.
