Excellent staff, Excellent breakfast, very clean and the staff did not question guest who came to visit me. I travel on business so have different people come to my room for business discussions. To many hotels in bbsr demand identification and will even come to the room during business meetings. Its very annoying. Crown was very professional in all.

All staffs are very cordial. They have upgraded my room. Original room AC was not working properly. The quality of food is good. But my advice to the Sheff is , it is better to give less salt in food than lttle too much salt.
