I am still on vacation but had to take time to review this hotel. The pictures on Expedia do not do this place justice and I would suggest they update them asap!
From check-in to check out this resort was first class. Our "casita" was fully equipped and extremely clean and well taken care of. We had two fireplaces and even our own hot tub! If you are booking, I would suggest booking a casita with a fireplace (we had number 41).
The staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of the entire time. If there is anything you need they will not hesitate to get it for you. No, there are not activity guides in the room but honestly, it's not hard to pick up a phone and ask the front desk.
The food was amazing!!! Try the quinoa soup at the ranch, I'm still drooling over it. All fresh and well thought out menus! The last night of our stay we played cards by the fire in the ranch and they brought us free appetizers! The wait staff are extremely attentive and kind. We never waited for anything whether it be food, bills, drinks. Always amazing over our three-night stay!
The grounds are immaculate and the most beautiful gardens I've seen. Very well taken care of and very peaceful. The stables are also a nice touch and fun to visit in the mornings when no one else is around.
Overall I would just come back to Peru to stay here. I wish we could've stayed longer!
Thanks Petitt and the rest of the staff for making our stay special!
