Bad quality with water leakage from the ceiling at reception area. Bad sound proofing with echos hitting from the low floors to the top. Bad management: the group local guest was supper noisy with late night, and whenever they come back to their room.

Good, good service, clean room but air conditioner does not have a remote to adjust

The room is clean even though it's not too new, but it's still good, the wc should add an exhaust fan, the beach is clean, the staff is friendly. Need to improve the breakfast buffet, a bit limited.

The receptionist checked out the wrong room, using the key himself, while the customer needs to send the key to the front desk to check out. Broken TV can't watch.

The location of the hotel is relatively good, close to the sea, so most of the rooms have a little sea view. The road to the hotel is quite deep, the sign is not clear, it is difficult to find the way. The nearest gas station is 5km away. Room is very old, dark, dirty sofa. Old equipment, Refrigerator for 2 days without freezing. The whole room has only 3 power sockets, which are table lamps, refrigerators and televisions. There is no socket for charging phones and drying rattan. The door of 2 connecting rooms can be opened from the next room without a key. My room was opened when I was changing clothes. The hotel offers an additional surcharge of 1 million / night if you want to change another room. The door of the room does not have a self-locking lock, so after cleaning the room, do not lock it. There is a risk of losing things when going out. After cleaning the room, there is still garbage on the table, so there is an extra charge for cleaning the room. The bathroom has weak water, no hot water, no hood, no door lock, so the scent of The restroom will spread evenly throughout the room

The hotel is large and beautiful, the location is convenient, but the maintenance is quite poor, the facilities are old, the glass is dirty. lobby and pool no lights???

The room is extremely cozy. The owner of the resort is really friendly and she has a really cute dog called Teddy. Teddy is such a good boy. The staffs are also nice. I really enjoyed my time here. Would definitely choose Unique again for my future visit.

Bed sheets have many stains. The bathroom was dimly lit and the floor was dirty and sandy like it hadn't been cleaned.

The staff are extremely friendly. Large room! Breakfast buffet is a bit small, perhaps due to few guests, so not much preparation. The hotel does not have a green patch. Clean swimming pool. The interior and the campus are a bit old.

It's a perfect vacation for my family. They also have a cheap restaurant.

We chose to pay more to get upgraded to a room with full sea view. The one we originally booked was marked as 'sea view' but it was sort of a side balcony that you have to lean out to see much of the sea. The property does have a few very spacious rooms with full sea view at higher price. I highly recommend those rooms if you like waking up to a beautiful sea view and a magnificent sunset. The property is very well maintained, clean, staff are quite accommodating and friendly. The pool is right down our balcony and sound proofing wasn't the best as the balcony doors didn't close all the way, so it got a little noisy with the Saturday pool party (which I would appreciate being told before hand that this was a thing, however the music was nice and not overly loud). Breakfast was a decent spread. We also had most of our meals in their restaurant and must say it's quite good for both the local & international menu. The beach is beautiful and kept very clean, even late at night it's still quite clean for a late night walk. Overall it was a good experience and I would come back.

The room quite boring and they checked the toilet not carefully, it is still dirty. No place for children besides swimming pool. My booking for ocean front room was changed to Garden view room (however, no garden to view) without informing. But I am ok after the explanation from agent to solve this problem.

- Good: location, beach. - Not good: the glass covered the top of nightstand was broken (but still in one piece), when I checked in. But when I checked out, the resort claimed glass broken to me and asked me to pay for this. eventually, I didn't pay for what I didn't make for, but it brought me unhappy time to discuss and argument with this resort. my advice for any guest is to check and and call out any issue you see in the room firstly, when you check in, to avoid any claim later. in additional, my room had 2 washbasin, but one of the faucets didn't work. bathroom's tools were a little old, with no ventilation.

The hotel arranged for me in a room with a building next door (room 204), from morning to afternoon very noisy, could not rest.

The hotel is great, but the tolet with no exhaust fan should smell bad, the hotel needs to fix it soon.
