Beautiful place to stay, excellent breakfast!

Fabulous location. 10 mins from station and very close to the central piazza, canal and seafront. Wonderful breakfast. Staff very helpful and communication good before arrival. Room clean with comfortable bed.

Great location very helpful staff. The bathroom was very small with a rain shower in a tiny shower.

The hotel was close to shopping and walkable to dining.

Our stay at The Nuovo Albergo was great... the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, clean crisp sheets, comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom. The staff was fantastic and helpful, (especially Laura, thank you for all), and the complimentary breakfast is fresh and varied. The hotel is perfectly located in the old city for walking and visiting. The street entrance however, does not do it justice as it is quite dark and could use some improvement.

This hotel was basic but our room had a private bathroom and Air conditioning. 6 stairs to the elevator so not completely accessible however they did have a wheelchair lift. Area around the hotel was safe feeling and close to shopping and restaurants. Great stopover hotel before or after a cruise.

When walking in the front door the condition of the entrance looked like it was derelict, dirty and the wooden banister had chunks out. We had to book a breakfast time as the room was so small. You had to turn sideways to get into the bathroom and sink did not hold water. The only plus was it was clean and we were only there for 15 hours. Location was good.

The staff were so kind and even packed me a breakfast to go since I had an early train. The hotel is basic, but had everything you could need!

Perfect for us transiting over night. 10 min to the Grande Canal one way and 10 min to the train station the other. It was about a 17 minute walk from the cruise ship and really easy to find. Nice room with really great noise-cancelling windows to the street noise. Room was really nice and the breakfast was A M A Z I NG!!

Room was surprisingly nice for a 2 star hotel. Recently renovated bathroom, very nice room and friendly and helpful staff. Short distance to restaurants and shops.
