The room was in good condition. The only issue, the bathroom door couldnt close, room 407. The stopper was in the wrong position. Maintenance was notified. My key card and the one next door, room 408, wouldnt work the first, second and sometimes it took five times to unlock.

I really liked the location of this hotel. Easy access to the waterfront and to all the activity on La Rambla and the surrounding area. I was easy to walk to a lot of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

Hotel is nice and in good location. What I see is a problem, is the not well trained reception staff. receptionist make us wait 30 minutes because he could not find my reservation even when I showed him the receipt I printed directly from Expedia that the hotel has been already paid. This is ridiculous!

Staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. Hotel and room were very clean and well maintained.

With construction at La Rambla, it was a little tough to find. Check in was quick and smooth. The AC did not work that night and had problems with the shower adjustment. Next day went to front desk and Pilar took very ago care of us. She went beyond her responsibilities and made the situation less stressful. We also had problems with Iberia. They left our luggage behind.. Went to front desk and Maria called and helped us out. Pilar and Maria were amazing. If had to complain about anything, it would be the bathroom cleaning. Not too bad, but not spotless The area is under construction but hotel was nice!

The hotel was clean, except our shower had mould around the seal. It needed a good scrub and sealant replaced. There was construction going on during the day which made the are dusty. The noise at the back of the hotel was terrible at night, and went on til late morning. It seemed to be a gathering place for youths drinking and singing. We did not sleep well because of it. The breakfast was good.

Arrived early and was able to drop off luggages and toured the town. Room was ready and checked in smoothly. Room only had European electrical outlet, need adapter to use US plugs.

Great location. But city is doing some street repair out front of property.

Small boutique hotel in an excellent location for exploring La Rambla. My only gripe is that the thermostat appears to be inoperable and I was unable to make my room warm. The temperature may be centrally controlled which is not good for cold natured people like me. Excellent staff though!

Everything seem to be okay we had to wait a little while for check-in but the fee that was quoted was not correct. They charge $18.+ over The original quote also a resort fee was part of the quote. There is nothing here to justify that extra fee no extras including water. everything is an extra No explanation was given for the extra charge

The location for this property was amazing!!! Comfy beds ! Quiet hotel! I appreciate them letting us check in early! Made my day! Would stay here again !
